I’ve been a bit of a doofus and accidentally bought the HTML version of what I thought was the Wordpress theme (it was a long day) – the fault is entirely mine but I was just going to see if it would be at all possible to pay the extra on top and get the Wordpress theme, as opposed to paying for both the HTML version and the Wordpress version?

I have asked for solution how to import dummy content, I have re install the WP and on new domain and still I can’t successfully import the dummy content up to now, there is no any clear solution given to solve my problem

Its one of the worst theme i ever purchased on themeforest. Similarly, the support OceanThemes is more than worst. Don’t buy

Please help me make navi menu like he demo theme. Heres my site: http://e-records.com.au/sensesdata/ When you scroll down, somewhere in the slider part the menu doesn’t show and then show later when more scroll down. Unlike the demo demo, the menu stays above.

I have purchased the Wordpress theme Biss and I have installed it on my server. When I try to install the dummy content using the file demo-content.xml I get 500 Internal server error, when I check the “Import Attachments” check box; I I do not check the “Import attachments” checkbox, the get a list of errors saying it failed to import the corresponding files.

I tried installing demo-content of some other theme and it installed fine! Pls help.

Hi, awesome theme. Quick question on accordions. Is there a way to have all accordions closed when the page loads. Currently, Section 1 is expanded when the page loads and I’d like to get all sections not expanded. Thanks so much.

Unable to change the Designations of members in Team section and Testimonials. Searched the whole back-end but can’t find the options to change designations.

I am having issues installing the dummy content. All the files say “Failed to import (filename)”

I also presume that from you instructions that the file you are meant to upload is demo-content and not site-content, as this file doesn’t exist in the theme file.
