Hi, yesterday I talked to you to ask if there was some way to take out the big image in the blog grid template. I want all the post showed in a grid, not the last one in a bigger image. You said it was easy, just an option but I can’t find it. Shall I have to customize the blog page, the post, or some theme options??

Hi, I like your theme very much but i have some pre-sales queries, it would be very nice of you if you can go through and provide your genuine feedback on them before i buy your theme.
Things that i need-
- I need a portfolio cum agency website like Jarvis (http://themeforest.net/item/jarvis-onepage-parallax-wordpress-theme/5370691) One page theme, sticky header, revolution slider, ajax portfolio and parallax sections.
- Although, i am familiar with wordpress since last 6 months; i am a complete noob in coding and my coding skills are almost non-existent. So the theme must be easy to implement with demo content import which should NOT just be a page full of code and difficult to edit for non-coder.
- If the theme is complex like AVADA, with such a great amount of customization hence complexity, then there must be easy to follow detailed documentation with either docs or video tutorials, descriptive step by step guide. Support with a response time of minimum 1-2 hours or faster and maximum 24 hours. I can give up-to 2 weeks in understanding documentation and developing the site myself. I have bought Avada, their documentation sucks and it’s so complex to handle, hence looking for a better alternative.
- Ajax portfolio with “Load More Posts” option (i have lots of portfolio items). Video portfolio posts and gallery portfolio posts (for gallery, it would be best if one can add as many as 50 images in one post; without causing slow loading time for post or site).
- SEO friendly- theme should work with “All-in-One SEO” plugin.
- Compatible with latest wordpress version, Future updates, Multiple browser support & Responsive theme.
If your theme can answer most of the above needs then please reply soon, i will buy it ASAP.

1) You can see the theme main features on the landing page. You can also test all the demos to see some of the features in action (theme is compatible with Revolution Slider, but it is not included);

3) Complex theme? I don’t think so, but please check the previous comments here to see the general user feedback;
4) You have Ajax Loading for portfolio. Big gallery on single portfolio posts? The theme will not wait until all the images are loaded so you should be good (anyway you can build from scratch the portfolio entry so you can use external plugins if you want);
5) Theme is compatible with that plugin;
6) Feel free test the theme responsiveness and multiple browser support using the theme demo. Future updates are included in all themes bought here on Themeforest;

1) You don’t have any type of limitation for the logo on desktop devices. You can adjust the menu height and logo margins (before and after scroll) with the theme options. As for the retina logos please make sure that they have double the size of the regular screens versions. On mobile devices space is limited so make sure that the logo looks good when it is scaled down;

Hello. I am trying to move my wordpress site that uses the Pulse theme to a private server from a shared managed wordpress server from GoDaddy, but I have run into many issues related to the Pulse theme. Currently I am getting the following error message when I am trying to go to my /wp-admin/:

Hello! I am using Pulse Theme version one-page Business-1 and it’s working perfectly. But there is an issue when previewing it mobile devices, specially tablets in landscape orientation.
On desktop version I have a one row menu, aligned to the right that includes the social networks icons. When previewing it in tablets in landscape orientation, the menu breaks in two rows but we want to keep it as the desktop version.
Any ideas on how to correct this?

The theme has the option to decide from which screen width the theme goes into responsive mode. This will avoid the “two rows” issue that you mentioned.
This option is located under Theme Options>Header Section Tab>Minimum window width before activate mobile mode

Do the configurations in the database support relative paths? Specifically in prk_pulse_options, I want to be able to use ”/wp-content/...” rather than “http://example.com/wp-content/...”.
It doesn’t appear to work when I change manually. The specific issue I have is referencing images via http when I am trying to access site over https. Meaning I want either ALL content and images to go over https or http, not a mix of both.

That situation does not seem to be related with the theme. Please turn OFF any plugins that are not included with our theme and try again. Try also activating one of the default WordPress Themes to see if that error happens only when this particular theme is active.

Ok, so I fixed the original issue by setting the site to https in General settings, then saving, then reselecting all of the images in branding and within the home page (under https). Now they always point to the https version (even in http).
However, the one click appears to not load images when you create a new site and are always in https mode.
Hummm… That is kind of weird, because the one click uploads sample images to the library and then it simply reads their paths. We will reply to your email anyway. Cheers

If you are only using one language we suggest that you manage all the translations under Pulse Options>Translations tab.
If you need a mult-ilanguage website then you can use language files, but make sure that under Pulse Options>Translations tab you activate the option Translate using .mo files (this also applies if you are using only one language and don’t want to use the theme options to manage translations).

Hi! I have problem with Visual Composer (4.8.0.1.). It works only in “Backend editor” mode. In “Classic mode” I can choose only standard Wordpress “Visual” and “Text”. Where is the problem…?

How can I change the animation of the main sliders? The default transition is too fast and is painful to the eyes if you look at it for some time.

Actually found the answer. I changed it in the home page below the visual composer. I change the animation to slide, but the images move very fast between transitions. I see the option only to set the delay between transitions. Is there a way i can slow down the animation speed?
To achieve that you will need to add some custom CSS to the theme options (it will take you some time for sure).
We don’t have any similar complaint so we should keep this as it is. As an alternative you can try and install a premium slider (Ex. Revolution Slider).

i have a problem with a 3-team view in mobile mode. I centered all rows/columns and elements, but the team-profil-images still follow a left alignment. Also they dont resize. So the mobile view doesnt look good.

Hey pirenko, the problem is also present on your demo sites but it is not well visible cause of the lager zoomed images. We use square team-images, and there the boxes float left in mobile mode cause of:
.pulse_theme #pulse_main_wrapper .member_ul li { float: left;
and not following the second (by the browser) with should normaly center the boxes
@only screen and (max-width:767px) .pulse_responsive .column, .pulse_responsive .columns { float: none; }
adding float: none; !important
fixes the problem, but this cannot be the solution

Can you tell us what browser you are using? It still seems to be fine here…
The problem occurs on firefox desktop latest build (44.0) and only if you resize the browser window so you can see the mobile view ( also on mobile Devices on Android Google Chrome)
look at the css class: @only screen and (max-width:767px) .pulse_responsive .column, .pulse_responsive .columns { float: none; } <- this attribute seemes to be ignored by browser, do you have an idea why ?
Please send us a screenshot of this issue, because everything still appears to be ok here (on any browser).

My client was impressed by the biz demo you had available. I was under the impression and am still hoping I can use this as a starting point?
