I just replaced my homepage image background with a video and the text I had in a text box over it isn’t showing anymore. I tried a few things but can’t seem to get it to show over the video. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Hi, first of all I’m super happy with this theme so far and it served me well. Unfortunately after the latest update the pulse frame work causes a major error and the site crashes. How can I fix this?

Hi Pirenko!

After theme update Page Builder wants update (from 6.9 to 6.10). Error appears after trying to update: “Beim Aktualisieren von WPBakery Page Builder ist ein Fehler aufgetreten: To receive automatic updates license activation is required.”

What should I do? Deleting the plugin “WPBakery Page Builder”? I forgot how i did it last time :)

About updating WPBakery Page Builder: you bought the theme and you only have the license for it (not for WPBakery Page Builder). So, it is the theme that will eventually provide updates to it.

Hi There, I bough the theme back in 2017 and we first had it installed on the development domain and then moved it to fynkos.co.za

The theme broke and I now need to run updates, but I cannot update the Framework plugin as the license key is still attached to the dev domain nndev.co.za instead of the live domain.

I have also tried submitting a ticket on your system but since my support has expired it prevents me from doing this, which is ridiculous.

I refuse to buy/extend support just for this. I need the dev domain disconnected so that I can connect the live domain

Hi, when the auto-update of wordpress core to 6.0, the pulse theme can’t update pulse framework to the latest version which is required and the error message says ’”Error! This license is already registered on ‘domain’.’’ which is not.

I will never buy from this author again, the theme is bound to one IP for life. I changed the server IP and this is useless. This is NOT mentioned in terms and conditions. I am filling a complaint to Ervato.

You can always use license on the original URL. You already built 2 websites with this license by the way. Please reach Envato Help Center if you think that I’m wrong. This is my final message about this subject.

Of course you are wrong. I have already contacted and they offer me a refund. The theme is NOT BUILT on any websites

Hi, unfortunately I cannot post to your support forum because the license has expired. But when I update the PULSE FRAMEWORK to the latest version (in combination with WP 5.5 or 5.4.2) the filtering by team categories no longer works. At https://steadyteams.com/#team I first have 2 team members from the category ‘STEADYTEAM’ at the top and ‘Our Team’ below.

But after updating the PULSE FRAMEWORK he shows 2 members from the category ‘Our Team’ at the top while he should show two members from the category ‘STEADYTEAMS’ which has always worked like that.

Can you please help? I have now restored a backup so it works again, but I cannot update the framework now. Current version of pulse framework is 4.4.1

Hi,

I purchased your theme back in 2017 and I really enjoyed it, until I updated it. I got tons of php-errors and the Visual Composer wasn’t updated automatically as well, it should have been as I understood it. It’s almost impossible now to work with the theme any more. On mobile devices I also get an non-numeric value warning from the framework’s vt_resize.php

Any help is much appreciated.
