I have a white border around the image on homepage slider. I’ve tried everything to remove it, tried Master Slider documentation; to no avail. Please let me know any css or master slider configuration that will remove the white border around images on homepage master slider.

My support team is requesting what directory your theme images need to go in. Please send me an email so I can have my support team can property ask questions on the theme and the issuer we are having we have not bee able to properly install this them and we been working on this for 3 days now.

Here is my answer:
Demo content is packed in this locations: / trucking / includes / demo-files/ or in archive you downloaded from ThemeForest, directory: Demo_Content. There, you can find there all demo files that are loaded through One Click Installer. If you uploaded Attachments through One click installer you already have images. You actually get placeholder images (that are fetched from our server) as we are not allowed to redistribute pictures due to license. If you like any of these images, you can check list of pictures we use in Documentation directory (in archive you downloaded from ThemeForest), file: Trucking PSD Template_List_of_images.pdf Let me know if this is answer you are looking for.
Your area may have been black listed because of numerous spam coming from a web server or computer with that area.
In the demo content folder There is No Images.. Only XML Files In documentation Folder there is no Images to test The Site
The PSD images are screen shots of the site web site that explain what goes where areas no Pictures
By the way One click install says the Items are installed but no Pictures

As I said in my previous answer. With theme you get only placeholders, not real pictures because we are not allowed to distribute images due to license.
If you like any of of pictures you see in our demo, you can find list (links) of pictures we use in Documentation directory, file “Template_List_of_images.pdf” and get yourself a copy.
Regarding spam issue, never had this issue with our server. I suggest that you check with your hosting provider because spam filter might block other IP’s that are regular mail servers.

THE PSD FOLDER has pictures Of the website pages layout. that does not work to properly check the sliders and locations that are at in the site most.The PSD pictures are over 1200 pix long it will not have the proper high and with. With that said I have over come the That Issue after 4 days of tryin to get it to work. Font Awesome is generic font that we use in our templates.
It’s available to you in case you want to add your own HTML with icons.

You have no way of uploading screen shot on here or on your support page. I want yo change to the yellow and black Icons Like the truck The plane Ect.. This site will be something else not a trucking company so we have ro replace Icons with something similar to the industry thet its close to. Also I tryed to make Icons on an SVT Maker and the Pictures don’t line up when we upload them can you tell me what is the size for the SVT images. Or if there is Generic Icons we can use Thanks.
You don’t need to generate SVG’s. You can create regular PNG. Can you show me your site where you uploaded icons, maybe I can give you CSS to lineup icons.

Hi, It seems like issue with permissions.
File color-style.php is loading custom color for your site and it must be publicly accessible. Please verify that all theme files have correct permission: 644 or 640. More on file permissions can be found here.

Master slider is crashing my home page with a “Page Unresponsive” This happens when moving the sliders manually or using the arrows to move backwards.
The only way to get it to work again is closing the whole page and loading a new instance.
Please help, very annoying, it will also crash mobile devices.

I managed to sign up but the videos are difficult to follow, very fast and no verbal instructions, only music. On the demo, you have a sliding bar with layout options but this isn’t avaialble in the theme I downloaded. Can you send me this feature so I can add it to the theme. Thanks

Theme is not broken, you just need to take time and watch videos and read Documentation.
Everything you can see in demo is provided in theme and video guides are very clear.
If you are getting Invalid slider error, you probably didn’t uploaded sliders (Masterslider -> Import Sliders).
After that you can add any available slider to you Home page by replacing shortcode (usually it looks like this: [masterslider alias=”our-locations”]) in first block in your Home page (Text / HTML Editor).
If you have any issues with this please open topic on support forum with more details and link to your website.

Theme doesn’t have this feature as there are a lot of different tracking services so we didn’t go that deeply. But you can search for plugins that covers these features.
Slider is configured as Full Width but shows boxed in the home page, any ideas?

If you downloaded ‘All files and documentation’ (you will find PSD, Documentation and theme in that package) theme is in ‘Theme’ folder where is trucking.zip files. You need to upload this file to WordPress.
If you downloaded just ‘Installable WordPress file only’ – that zip file is actually trucking theme that you can upload to WordPress.

OK I will any idea of what the CTA image under the slider or the size of an image footer should be, when it gets responsive or smaller the image does not fit the screen or resize to fill the space. Thanks!

found it – there is an padding option on each section, which needs to be checked – then its off. Makes no sense in my opinon. Full width should be full width…
Padding option is there because Bootstrap by default has additional padding of 15px on each side. So you have an option to keep it.
