I had all things ok and still are but suddenly i cant edit a page. I mean whatever page i open and a content within it i see it white but its actually there. In the site the items are showing correctly.

Ok i can see the admin panel is like before but my site is not loading now.
Try to go to thrusthost.com and you will see the loading screen and the home page wont load. Any idea?

Hello, do I have to purchase the WHMCS bridge pro, and pay extra monthly fees just to use your theme? Or can I use the WHMCSPress plugin that is a one time fee, like the other theme I am deciding on?

We have tested our theme only with WHMCS bridge plugin. So it is better to use it with that plugin. We have not tested our theme with any third party plugins other than the plugins listed in the themeforest page. So we cannot guarantee for that plugin to work with our theme.

Hi after updating your latest file, some things arent showing good on my site.

Your layerslider is already active. You can just ignore that message in your dashboard. Since the layerslider came along with the theme that message appears in your dashboard, you can get the layerslider slider files from us when there is an update. Kindly, Send us a message through the right bottom form @ http://themeforest.net/user/designthemes so that we will send you the layerslider latest files.
Regarding the error showing up in your home page, you need to first create a new slider from the Dashboard > Layerslider WP and you can select that slider to your home page “Slider options” below the editor section in the backend of that page. Please have a look.

Sometimes demo content import may fail, it may be one of the following reasons.
Your PHP memory limit, exceution time, upload size may be set too low. Kindly, Check that your server has following limits else contact your hosting support to do so.
1) max_execution_time > 600
2) memory_limit > 128M
3) post_max_size > 32M
4) upload_max_filesize > 32M
If you receive ‘500 Internal Server Error’ then it may be because of any one of following reasons.
i) Your web server may be configured incorrectly (ie configured with incorrect directives). You have to contact your hosting support to resolve this issue.
ii) Your files may be corrupted while uploading it to your web server. Those files may be transferred successfully but it is unusable by server. If it is theme files upload it again and import demo content. If still you receive this error deactivate the plugins one by one to find the cause of error.
Note : You can verify your PHP configuration limits by installing a simple plugin found here. If you still can’t resolve the 500 error, talk with your web hosting support.

If you update font awesome icons version, issues will fix. Please follow the steps listed below.,
1) Download the latest font awesome files from internet
2) Go to Theme-directory -> css and replace following files – font-awesome.css and font-awesome.min.css
3) Go to Theme-directory -> fonts replace following file – FontAwesome.otf, fontawesome-webfont.eot, fontawesome-webfont.svg, fontawesome-webfont.ttf and fontawesome-webfont.woff

Yes I have enabled show slider. The slider is working but the tabs are not like the demo. What I’m trying to get is the Home Layout 3 slider with the tabs on the bottom. Do you have any suggestions? I am working on a local machine so it is not up on a server yet.

Hope you’ve got the “dummy-flat-revslider.zip” file along with your downloaded theme package. So you can get it once by importing that sample slider demo data simply.
Currently, you can use those navigations only on “Auto Responsive” mode of the Revolution Slider layouts.
However, we’ll get back to you all with the update ASAP, and help you get those navigations on any other Revolution slider modes (likewise Custom, Fixed and Fullscreen layouts) as well.
And we’ve used the navigation text and icons from theme’s default stylesheet now. So you can change those things simply from your “style.css” file (at Line.No: 1131 approx) itself.

We’ve been using this theme for around 4 months now for one of our customers but we’re struggling with a Problem that comes with the “Page Builder”.
When we update/change the content of e.g. an “Add any content here” block and click on “Save changes” all changes made are already instantly visible from the frontend without saving/updating the page/article itself.
This renders the “preview” function pretty much useless and limits the customer in trying out different things before updating already existing content because every little change is directly visible – which could easily end up in a mess.
Is there any kind of workaround for this, or are we missing a simple configuration?
