Extended support today for another 6 months as well.
Recently we upgraded to your theme. Now that everything is installed and being tested we have found an issue relating to the theme itself (at first believed to be VBulletin). The issues can be recreated like so:
Go to the profile customization portion of the web application by clicking the upper right side of the navigation bar. Then go to the profile and select customize. Most settings can be changed and the changes stay once the users leaves and comes back to the page. The issue is that the profile navigation buttons do not keep their customized settings as expected (while the other portions of the customizable profile page are retained).
Please help with this issue as we have spent a lot of time researching it already and it is business critical to get this particular matter resolved. Also could you please fix the top validation for when the user logs into the page and gets their username/password combination incorrect.

I purchased quarto for my vbulletin 5.2 installation and have it all installed. I am using the light green theme and want to adjust the tint of green. I am curious how I can locate the CSS for this or where I can manipulate the colors? is it through the edit pages section? I am unclear where this would occur. thanks
Also, your theme does some weird spacing in the login panel when you go to login, but get the login incorrect… the spacing of the text boxes is very small, looks like the CSS is off for that area.

Most of the colors can be edited via the Style Variable Editor. It can be found here – AdminCP – Styles – Style Manager – YOUR_STYLE – Style Variation Editor (dropdown menu to the right). Here go through the red items and change the colors you need to edit.

Hello, I have a serius problems with vBulletin 5.2.0., Quarto.,vbulletin support say me: You will need to highlight this to the third party developer – it looks like their XML file is set to import as a Master Style. They will need to update this and provide a corrected XML file.

Changing the header_search_button and input characteristics isn’t changing anything, other than the input text color and placeholder text color. The bar color is still off from the rest of the style, regardless of what I change the color to. Any ideas?

Nope, still trying to figure out why the CSS isn’t updating. I’m trying to make the search field light on the dark background header. It’s currently in a dark blue from the original style template, and it’s one of the only things I cannot find the style controls for. The “Header Search” CSS isn’t controlling the colors and style.

As far as I understand you have some problems with your hosting. Not only our theme works with these issues. If you test the default vBulletin themes like “Grey Stripes” or “Denim” – they don’t load too. Do you have any caching software installed on your server?

I’ve installed your updated theme on vb 5.2, I followed the installation steps but I have a few problems:
1. Colors are not respected, CSS seems a bit off, background and colors, font sized are not like in the demo. 2. I enabled Social Icons, but no blocks are showing (only Facebook is enabled from admin)

Try to set one of the Quarto styles as default and turn off the default style via AdminCP – Styles – Style Manager (uncheck the “Default Style” and press “Save Display Order” button at the bottom of the page). It seems like you have some caching issues.

vBulletin 5.2.0 doesn’t have any changes in icon paths so your issue looks very strange. Could you please create a test account for me with sufficient rights to load the style. (You can send login/pass via our profile page, don’t post it here). I’ll look at the code.

The 5.2.0 version is still under review. But you can install the 5.1.10 version by checking “Ignore style version” when installing it.

Quite a strange issue. Please try to disable the default theme – it seems like you have some caching issues.

Yes, it seems to be OK now. Except the prefooter blocks. I’d advise you to reinstall the Quarto Plugin since the vB 5.2.0 has some significant changes in code and this may cause the issue with the blocks.

As for your issue with disappeared icons. The older version shouldn’t cause such a bug, please double check the images paths.
The theme supports additional information blocks in the footer for your contacts, extra links or any other content.,. How I create links ? any html code? thank you .
You can use a code like this -

</ul>
Just replace the link names (like ‘Portfolio’) with your actual ones and href’s with your link addresses.
