I LOVE your theme. Seriously, fantastic job. Question for you, I did notice you mentioned it’s possible people are giving you bad ratings since there is no page builder. Saying that, is everything, such as what is seen on the home page, all shortcode based?
If so, are the shortcodes pretty straight forward to use?

Is it possible to use a page builder alongside with your shortcodes?

1. Would it be difficult to use this as a standard business website and not geared towards doctors or medical?
2. With your templates for the pages or shortcodes (however you have it setup), how much freedom is there to change things around? Such as on the home page, if I only wanted 3 boxes listed within the services instead of the 4 shown below the slider, is that possible? Could I easily take out other sections as well?

Yes you are right we don’t use a page builder, but the theme has an empty template and it can be used for builders.
The theme is based on templates and the home page is based on widgets. We added many changes during the time and now you have more flexibility for the home page.
We have shortcodes too but we use only to manage columns, buttons, rows, etc
The page you show me uses shortcodes and the page is part of Custom Post Type.
You can hide the Custom post types or you can change the names for them, we can point you in the right direction.
The home page is built with widget, you can change the places remove add custom widgets accordingly with your needs. Basically every post type has a widget to display the content on front page.

Thank you so much for the info. The only other question that comes to mind right now is, do you think this theme would work well for other types of business other than medical? Would it be easy to change out all the ”+” signs and other info to a business geared towards business consulting for example?

Yes, it will work. Everything depends on how well you can manage the WordPress and the theme. The child theme is included and you can extend the theme in order to achieve your desired result.

I am considering buying this theme for a client. Why do you think there were no comments in the last month? No complaints/questions? While I don’t think that one can make any judgment based on seven ratings (especially as it seems like the theme had 237 sales), I wonder what is your take on those three people who gave this theme one and two star rating?
Finally, I assume I can add my own Google fonts/replace existing ones – I will need support for Latin Extended character set – can you confirm that this is possible?

Hi,
It’s very hard to respond to your questions because it’s not directly related with us. The theme doesn’t use any page builder and this is why we received the bad rating. We don’t plan to add a page builder, we respect the WordPress rules and the theme are builded accordingly with what WordPress recommends.
We don’t offer support for our item here, all clients should open a ticket.
Yes, you can change your google font, you will need to change the CSS files for this.

Hi, You will not be able to use the one page because the content will be opened to another template. For multilingual we recommend a multisite installation. We didn’t tested the theme with WPML.

I have installed Slider Revolution so I have fixed the issue with home page slider images. I would now like to put revolution sliders on the other site pages but the Revolution Slider Options are set to “default” and I cannot remove the wpl_header to replace it with revolution slider. Please advise what must be done to allow sliders in the header of the pages.
The header images all over the place, this is meant to be a responsive theme and so I need them to be responsive, how do you fix this?
If I upload them to fit the iPhone then they don’t display properly on pc and iPad etc. This is quite urgent now.
Like I told you before, this can’t be reproduced on our demo page. I think you modified the theme and this is why the image is not displaying right.

We have a few key colours (Accent collor, links color etc) for this theme. You can add custom css for styles what can’t be changed from the color settings.

The full list is available in the “icons” folder. Unizp the package you downloaded and take a look inside of Icons Folder. The same you can use the Awesome Fonts.

I didn’t tested the wpml. We recommend to use a multisite installation.
Experiencing the same problem as Rivburg. When uploading the theme via FTP in total 31 XML files refuse transfer “Failed to open for reading” I tried to “reset and requeue” but without any succes.
Is there a solution for this problem?
