I’ve just purchased your RScard theme and I don’t seem to have a licensed version of the ACF plugin. In the theme description you state that this plugin (worth $100) comes free with the theme.
There is a warning on the plugin admin page for this plugin that reads:
There is a new version of Advanced Custom Fields Pro available. View version 5.3.4 details. Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin. To enable updates, please enter your license key on the Updates page. If you don’t have a licence key, please see details & pricing.
Also the following options are not visible in the WP admin backend: - Options Objects (not visible under RS-card Options). Is this not supposed to be there? I can see this option in the documentation. - I can not import sample content via Admin > Tools > Import. I don’t see an RS-card options there.
I installed the theme directly though WP admin by uploading the rs-card.zip file. The theme installed without any errors. So I don’t think there are any files missing.
Can you please help. All the comments on the theme say that it’s easy to install and that documentation is easy to understand.

Thanks for interest in our template.
Here are answers to your questions:
1. ACF PRO plugin is included with theme, and this means you’ll be able to use it on this theme within the personal license, don’t worry about updates – with theme updates we’ll be also releasing ACF updates and you’ll be able to update it, just by reactivating the plugin. This is common practice on Themeforest, of course we can’t provide unique license code for every user, cause in this case we should buy this plugin again for every user 
. But actually there is no difference, in some way it’s even better, cause with every release of ACF we’ll test possible compatibility issues and just after it will include new version in theme download package. We just released new theme update with updated ACF PRO plugin and some minor fixes.
2. Admin > Tools > Import also should be fixed in new version, please reactivate theme and check.
3. “Options Objects” – during the development we decided not to use this option, but it remained on the screenshots in documentation, we’ll update documentation also with next release.

Thank you for your feedback. I’ll try reactivating the theme to see if the import options will be fixed. This is actually not that big of a deal. I don’t need the sample content and I’ve been able to do everything I need to do with the theme.
Lastly I just want to say thanks for the theme – I’m very happy with it despite these minor issues

Hello, is there a way to submit bugs that have been discovered? Or requests? There are a few things that I have discovered since installing the theme. Overall, it’s really great, but just a few things I have noticed.
-When disabling the right side menu, the nav bar doesn’t shift to the right to compensate for the empty space.
-There appears to be no way to create a separate page with a portfolio… A separate page is nice for a large portfolio, and when I do create a page such as example.com/portfolio for some reason it won’t show the page content, it only shows the blog posts.
Having the portfolio on a separate page is a must for me, are there plans for this to be added to the template or will it have to be a custom fix?
Lastly, will theme updates be published through wordpress or will I manually have to update the theme through Themeforest?

We have tested theme many times and everything works fine. We can say that all your comments are recommendations and here is why:
- After disabling right side menu entire menu move to the right and it will be balanced with the logo oh the header. You can see example here. If there are still problems please read the documentation carefully, maybe you didn’t set menu as primary, if there are still questions write us via contact form.
-You can create separate page with portfolio and here is how. Create new page, choose template as “Homepage”, copy information from about section to new page for portfolio, go to other sections and add Portfolio section.
- For now you need to update theme folder manually, it is possible that we will integrate automatic update in future, but we can’t say exact date.

Thank you for the quick response! I tried the menu instructions and it’s still offset. I see that it’s working fine in your example though. Mine does not look like that, even after creating and applying the menu as primary. Other than that, thank you for the information, although I would prefer not to have the about section on the separate portfolio page, this will have to do for now.

Regarding the portfolio – we’ll try to find possible solution for you in the upcoming update, you’ll receive notification and also can follow the changelog on the item page. Get back to you soon.
Also we’re going to continue contribution of this theme, and there will be added many features, specifically in the nearest future we’re going to extend portfolio functionality – create possibility for differently designed inner page for each “Portfolio” item, also add new, other than grid, portfolio sections on the home page. Users will receive notifications and should download new theme and just reactivate instead of old one. So we’re really appreciate reporting of any bug/request.

Hi, nice theme and I am considering a sale. But my project is a little bit different to a single CV page. I want to show different CV’s. So I need a home page with a portfolio of e.g. 5-10 profiles and a menu item in the header to go back to this page. Does your theme support this and can I choose different background pics for e.g. CV 1 to 10? Kind regards, Rainer

Congratulations and thank you for buying our theme! you are our first buyer. When you importing demo content, imported pages should be under pages in menu. To show home page as in demo you just need to go to Settings -> Reading ->choose “A static page (select below) -> Front page displays -> and choose from drop-down Home page.
There is only one page existent, it is called “Sample page”, that’s it! So in static page I can not select “Home”

Did you mark checkbox in WordPress importer to download atached data? if not, try that way, it should work, we have tested again and importing works just fine.

Hi thanks for interest in Wordpress theme, we have just published theme and didn’t activated necessary plugins and settings for speed test, will do that and you can check the speed later, any way if you buy the Theme you need to optimize the WordPress. We are going to publish guide soon how to optimize WordPress version.
