Can I use your theme to host a free webinar without charging any fee? My goal is to offer a free online event and free register, to be hold 100% with pre recorded videos. After the free event date I think of charging people if they want access to the videos. Also, is it easy to have your theme translated into another language like portuguese?
You can have free registration but we don’t have feature to charge to access video content. You may have to use another plugin for membership content access.
Yes you can translate using localization.

Dear Team, I have been trying to add more that 4 pics in the corousel section. Currently while viewing i get to see only 4 images in the corousel section. But i want to view atleast 6 pics in the section at the same time on desktop . Is there a way in which it could solve my issue. Plus also wanted add that whether its possible to fit the images of any size in the corousel section, without the image getting cropped.

Did you mean in speaker section? Well 1/4 is the smallest we have. If you need 6, it’s fine but need to be in carousel instead. To get fit size image, you can adjust image size for that section but make sure that your original uploaded images are the same size as well.

You can but the rest of two will be on the second line. We don’t have 1/6 grid size.

You meant like this layout? http://take.ms/oUy88 Yea you can do that easily. We have column wrapper in page builder and you can adjust its size(1/3, 2/3, 1/4, 3/4 etc…) You can also put embedded video as well.

Hello! Thinking of buying this theme and have a question. When I click on Tickets it takes me to the price table for them and then when I click on “Book Now” the popup registration form opens asking for information before clicking to PayPal. Can I add several more new fields to this form or is there a limit of information fields in your registration form?

The form field is fixed, you need to edit the code directly to modify the form fields.
( but if you only need to change the label of the form, you can do it via wordpress localization function. )

it’s in plugins/gdlr-paypal.php file, it won’t effects the paypal purchase system because the data will be stored in wordpress option table. ( and use for sending emails in the same file. )
I am having trouble with the SUBMENUS showing on mobile breakpoints. It appears that the javascript is not changing the classes.
I have the same issue with theme v 1.06 [installed] and the latest 1.08.
I have disabled additional plugins in order to trouble shoot, but nothing has helped.

We’ve been using third party application for support portal. There used to be a feature to send email notification but I just noticed that there’s not anymore Sorry about that. You may need to check it manually… However, in business day, we usually get back to you within 10-14 hours

Oh I see, the reason is when you submit a ticket and resubmit(reply) to the ticket, the submitted time will be changed from 24hrs to new time, in this case 12 hours, so the priority will be changed because the oldest one will be answered first… However, I just told supporter to take care of your ticket first. For next time, if you got new question, please submit a new ticket instead so the old one will be pushed down.

I just installed this theme finally and I see a folder in the theme ZIP file and there is a file Admin panel setting.txt, how can import this content onto the theme?
How do set up my theme so it auto updates on its own. Last time I was told that I need to get API or something? Please send instructions.
Great theme but you make updating everything more difficult than it should be. Why do you need to keep changing the theme folders name, what purpose does that server except to complicate things… I run all of my sites on child-theme’s so now we need to update and redirect the child theme too? What a pain…
Sorry about that. Because in the past many users request us to do it this way so they can upload it easily without removing old themes..
Anyway, you may not need to redirect child theme. Just rename this folder : http://take.ms/65KKX to match your current name and zip it. Then upload it.
