Hi there, could i please receive some support? I bought this sure it was a Wordpress theme, but it downloaded me the HTML version only! Is there any way to get the wordpress one? If not is i would like to return the product please!

Hi, Thanks for your interest in our theme. Please note, WellnessCenter and Spa Landing Page is a single, one-page HTML template. You don’t need to install it and it won’t work with Wordpress or any other CMS. You just have to customize the HTML, CSS and PHP. Have a look at the theme documentation; it explains how to change all these things. When you have finished with your customization, upload all the theme files with an FTP client to the root directory on your server. Regards, Themeinjection
How do we go about changing color to match company branding. The theme only supports two colors (mint/coral) in your documentation. How do we change to another color of our choice.

Hi, Thanks for purchasing our theme. To set a custom color, open the “css/styles.css” file and scroll to the section you want to make your adjustments. Just replace the hex code from the colors. Hi! I have mistakenly purchased this theme instead the Wordpress version of this. Once I get the refund I will purchase the Wordpress version.
But how long does the refund process will take?

I have a little problem..I have input the correct mail chimp API and list ID, when i use the newsletter subscription, i receive the email to confirm subscription & i confirm. Everything works fine but when i go to my mail chimp account, the number of subscribers till shows zero…Even when i use the appointment form too and i click the box to opt in for newsletters, same thing.

Hi Gurpreet, yes it’s possible to make multiple pages. Just use the navigation normal and build with the new pages with the available sections and elements. I don’t know what update you are talking about? Please note the HTML and the Wordpress version are two different types of pages and also different authors!

Hiya, I appreciate you clearing this up. I was thinking that it was you with two different accounts.
On the wordpress version, I mention that the HTML version is slower/sluggish than the wordpress version & the author replies that they will be ‘updating it today’, leaving me wondering if they meant the HTML version as implied as I was saying the HTML version was slower/sluggish compared to the wordpress version.

Hi, first you should remove the line 26 ‘move(productInfo);’ and after that you also should remove the whole Contact GMap part, starting at line 319 if you not use it! Greetings
How far, roughly are you off from a wordpress version ? How hard/easy is it to customise this, esp changing the images/texts to whatever we want it to ?
Please clarify how to install on the server ??? I have a CPanel but I am unsure where or what server path I’d have to enter to upload this on a specific domain & have activated.

the wordpress version is currently in review but I think it will be approved maybe in the next days.
The customization and the installation from the landing page version is pretty easy. After the customization just upload the theme files to the root directory from your web server and the page should work.
