Is there any way to remove the top bar from the theme, just mobile devices? I like it, and it looks well for desktop/laptop users, but on a mobile device it just seems a bit cluttered. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, it can be removed with custom css. Add this css code in Mikado Options -> General -> Custom CSS field:

The Image with Text Element renders linebreaks in Textarea as '&lt;br /&gt;' which leads to <br /> on the Website.
You should fix this (and a lot more stuff).

Yes, but this is registered as input field, not textarea and you can’t hit enter for line break, it’s just how this element works.
The element just doesn’t work.

We meant that it’s registered as input in a database – and it does not accept html nor you can use enter to break rows.
This is how element was created, not a bug. Development team was informed to consider improving this in future theme updates.

Most likely the problem is caused by server resources being exhausted. You should increase memory_limit parameter, manually or by contacting your hosting provider to do it for you.

There are no specific technical requirements for our theme, but good hosting server is always desired, for example if using shared hosting you should look for one that offers as solid resources as possible, also to have good php version (WordPress now recommends 5.6 or higher).

We can not give concrete answer for minimum PHP directives required to run theme, for example, some general averages for WordPress sites could be around:
?max_execution_time = 30 memory_limit = 96M upload_max_filesize = 64M post_max_size = 64M
though we have plenty of users with lower running their sites without any problems, this depends on several factors.
And this means that you can run it even on some shared hosting plans. On the other hand, it is important to know, that even if your server have these values?, we cannot give you any guarantee regarding this, mainly because server resources (especially on shared hosting plans) are shared among users, and if resources are exhausted PHP directives wont’t help you, even if they are set to some enormous values.

Hi! The infobox with front and back content is having some issues with Safari browser. While back content is well positioned (with position:relative), front content (with position:absolute) displays somes pixels higher and overlaps with another div I have there. The issue probably radicates on this absolute/relative aspect, so I tried giving every div class in that id div a “position:relative”, “height:auto” and “display:block”, but the problem continues. Before purchasing your theme I just need know one thing.
I need create section with brands logos only, but I also need to display additional information about each brands through popup or through creating separate page for each brand.
I think I could do this in two ways using your theme if you can confirm below things:
1. Logo carousel: -The logo carousel in your theme gives me possibility to link to separate page / modal window? -will modal support paragraph text?
2. Portfolio -is it possible to display row of 4 or more portfolio items in the slider?
the chellenge is to display logos as slider, as client doesn’t wants to have grid of 20 logos on the homepage. Maybe there are other solutions to do this so please let me know!

1) Mikado Carousel, can link to page in same or another window/tab, but not to modal window.
2) Unfortunately, answer is negative, only portfolio list is available as shortcode for portfolio items.

Very BAD theme developing and customer support.
User cannot change the whole font family from the theme because it loads the Montserrat and Open Sans on the code even you don’t want this. Also loads all the icon family sets even you want only one of them. In total, 43 font families are loading! Completely useless:

I’ve spent 3 weeks with this ticket and received no answer for the icon family sets issue.
Also has a lot of bugs: cannot control some colors, very bad CSS classes policy (you’ll get crazy to make changes on your child theme), supports ONLY contact forms for the plugin Contact Form 7, etc.
Good design, but creates a lot of problems.

I never demanded any custom support. Just wanted to let the theme load only the fonts I selected on the theme panel.
I wanted only to fix you this on the parent theme in further releases, only.
As we have explained on tickets, fonts are loaded as a fallback if some setting is omitted in Admin panel.
False. You never said this in any ticket. False. If the user checks a font family as default, you don’t have to force any “fallback” font.
The fact is you offered me a trick on the child theme to load only 1 font family, so you’re in a false point.
Also you’ll never fixed the issue of loading all the icon font families when is not required by the user.
You guys are handly this issue very badly.

Hello, I love your theme very much. Nice work! I am about to purchase it for one of my clients, but I just want to make sure that the demo that could be imported is comprehensive and includes all the different pages, widgets, and elements that we can see on your live demo sites.
I understand that the images won’t be included for copyright issues, but as for the different pages’ structures and elements, will they all be included in your package?
Some themes only provide the demo content for the homepage. I just want to make sure that this is not your case so I proceed in purchasing your theme.

Our theme comes with One Click Import feature that imports our complete demo site (with all pages, widgets, options and menus) to your site so you will get exactly the same site as our demo. As you stated, images are copyrighted so you can’t use it on your site unless you purchase them separately.

In case this is helpful to anyone else, after installing the theme and required plugins I started getting HTTP 500 errors when trying to go to wp-admin. After enabling debugging, it turned out that my PHP memory limit was too low to support Visual Composer. I added this line to wp-config to increase the limit to 64MB, which solved the issue: define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘64M’);

Hi, i love the theme, very good. I have an issue with SSL. Certain elements in the theme are being served from Mikado server insecurely. It’s items such as small images etc. This results in SSL certificate reporting certain elements of my site are insecure. Could you provide me with a solution for this please?
