Over the time I bought 5 Licences of this Theme, and it works really great. But now I have a strange problem: Sometimes, the Site does not load the background-color! If I refresh, sometimes it comes, but sometimes don’t. This is really annoying. I hope you can help me fix this strange bug.

There is no way that something works and then does not work. There is no on off switch in between. It either works all the time or does not work all the time.
In order to resolve the issue I want to ask you to check all steps below as one might be causing the problem you are expiencing. This will speed up the process of resolving the problem and or narrow it down to the actual cause.
1) Make sure you have a complete backup of your current wordpress install and database. Your hosting CPanel or admin area will probably have a option to create such.
2) Make sure you are using the latest version of the theme. You can check that at themeforest at the account you bought the theme with. If you are using the latest build please try to download the latest version again and re-upload the theme by usage of ftp upload overwriting the one that is in there to rule out any wrong theme code.
3) Undo all hardcoded theme adjustments (php, html, or css)
4 ) Remove any (manually) added (java) scripts in the theme settings, theme core files or widget area’s
5) Turn off the child-theme
6) Turn off minify and/or cache plugins
7) Turn off all your plugins (except the ones coming with the theme) and see if the issue resolves.
8 ) Check if the issue occurs in all browsers and if possible on mac or windows and on another pc.
9) Check if the issue also occurs in the default wordpress theme when its a plugin related issue.
10) Check the server error logs on serious messages and or contact your hoster to check that for you.
If all does not help create a thread at our forum and post your issues in there,

I dont know what layout you have set (vertical menu or horizontal) but you can turn off the flags in the customizer depending or by use of a filter.

The fact is that I haven’t set any language selector on header menu. If I set one, it appears twice. It seems that one of them is set automatically and cannot be removed.

I figured it out. It was a checkbox under Customize -> Shortcuts Buttons -> Display WPML Languages, which was automatically generating the language selector. Thanks anyway…

First of all there are two different products; Product Showcase and WooCommerce.
Product showcase is only for an online product catalog and it is more customizable than a WooCommerce single page because it is our built-in plugin. WooCommerce allows you sell anything online and we do support this plugin extensively as well. On WooCommerce single pages we don’t have accordions but we have different page layouts such as http://rt19-demo7.rtthemes.com/product/brown-stylish-mens-belts/ http://rt19-demo7.rtthemes.com/product/mans-watch/ You’ll still be able to control the content width and the position/style of the tabs. Hi! The front end editor of Visual Composer is missing when I edit or create a new page. Are you shipping the theme with a custom version of the plugin? Is it possible to enable it without breaking the theme?

Hi, I just got interested in getting this theme. One of my questions is: Is it the zip folder packed with all variations/demo or may I be able to choose just one? (I like Demo 10). Another question is, does the theme come with easily customizable widgets/plugins like, displaying in the catalog pages contact form, documents, etc.? I fear it’s too difficult to handle, and I wonder whether I can get sort of the look and feel of the running demo.

All demos and skins are included in the theme and can be installed. It will look exactly as what you see at our demo pages.
I have no idea what you mean by “customizable widgets/plugins”
The plugins and widgets have settings allowing you to change the look and feel. But it will only extend to the settings and options available.

I installed the SSL certificate system. wp-admin also no problem. But the site http: // Although there is no link, SSL is showing incorrect. The theme is supposed to make an adjustment.

if you build a website on http and then install a certificate all the urls in the database are still http and not https. You will have to alter them in the database by a script or use a plugin to force https on all urls..
The theme does not know this or cant do so on existing content. It is wordpress related not theme related.

Hi i was wondering what the main difference is between RT-Theme 19 and RT-Theme 18 is? is 19 newer and better with more features and better responsiveness on mobile? Is the only difference design?
i am going to purchase one of them but they seem to both have the same features. It seems to be that RT-Theme 18 has a separate second menu bar at the top which can be quite handy (about us/contact us/shop/login/register). when viewing mobile i see that in order to see that second menu bar by clicking the Cog wheel icon on the top right corner. can that be set to be open at default. It looks pretty cool when opened.

The cog icon can not be set to open by default. It is closed by default and there is no theme option todo this different at the moment.
