Hi guys. I’m ok with your template, it’s beautiful but I have a big complaint. I’ve made a lot of website using themeforest template. In my opinion you provide a very inadeguate support. I’ve asked you 3 or 4 doubts, and I couldn’t receive any sufficient reply. You continue to turn me to other people: hosting support, envato support, wp support and so on. I clearly understood that you don’t provide a customization support, you’ve written me for several times, but come on! I’ve bought you theme, I just need to change the default icons with mine… I can’t wonder you can’t help me! I like your theme very much, more then a lot of others, but support always helped me to do particular thing, even when they couldn’t, theorycally, do it. Thank you for listen to me. Davide

I am sorry that you feel this way. The thing is that we are not able to help everyone about customization. The icons are generated by a font in order to be retina ready. It would take a little time to modify the font and the CSS to suit exactly to your needs. That’s why one of the staff members recommended you to contact Envato studio as they are specialized in Wordpress Theme customization.
The theme already provides 540+ icons, so maybe you should double check them to see if you could replace the icons you need by similar existing ones.

When I turn “on” woo commerce…the visual composer editor doesn’t work wordpress 4.4.2 latest tattoo shop theme. Is this a bug that will get fixed soon? Thanks… and killer theme!!!!!!

Am I able to choose which actual content sections appear. Or, is every thing shown in the demo a fixed part of what’s seen with this theme?
Particularly on the home page of the theme. Are those individual content sections removable?
Also, for some reason as I’m viewing the theme through mobile, the logo that overlaps the video at the top of the page for some reason isn’t showing. Also not seeing a menu bar. Are there specific mobile devices that the theme works with?

As most of our themes, you can create any section you want and order them as you wish.
The “scroll to bottom” arrow on the home page header is hidden if the content is to high.

Sorry for the late reply. Unfortunately, this is not an option built into the theme and we don’t provide support for modifications/customization. just asking because I have the latest visual composer but it does not work with latest version of tattoo for me. I have latest wordpress too and only plugins that came with this theme

Be sure that the Wolf Albums plugin is installed and activated. http://wolfthemes.com/plugin/wolf-albums/ First create and empty page and enter “Albums” as a title or anything else. Maybe your server has an upload limit size and/or time restriction.

I AM USING YOUR THEME ON MY DOMAIN.
I have a “strange” problem. I transfered my website to another domain, I used duplicator to transfer it to another hosting account and gave it the name of the live domain.
When I open website when I am logged in as admin everything seems fine.
But when I log out and come to website as ussual user I get only html no css no images etc,
I also defined url’s in wp-config.php like this:

Hi, sorry but it doesnt work… It works but it should be possible that when you go with the mobile device (Iphone) on the website that the fallback image stays. In this case its showing up for 2 sec and then disapearing again…..
