Hey there, nice theme but I have a problem with image gallery. whenever i create and upload images, it all looks great. But when I click on image it opens error box saying “Image cannot be loaded. Make sure the path is correct and image exists.”

1. My revolution slider is zoomed. 2. Your sticky logo (imported) looks bigger (the size is half of the natural in your demo) mine is not resized. 3. How to disable search function in the header?

1. and 2. The logo you upload should be displayed in half of it’s original size, because of the retina rule. And the max height is restricted by header height you can set in Elated Options -> Header. The demo sliders should be totally the same as ours.

Hello, the theme is nice overall, however, there seem to be a speed issue with the revolution slider: since most of the page headers/covers are made with the rev slider, it takes sometimes a long time for the page to load. How would you recommend improving the rev sloder loading speed, and what alternative would you suggest (considering i am only using 1 static slide as a cover) ? Thanks !

I imported demo content for understanding page structures and then replacing/recreating my own content. But it seems the theme does not import sliders to the site. I want to also examine the sliders you created for the demo site and recreate my own. How can you help? Thanks in advance

Important note is that Slider Revolution is not imported with demo import and you need to import it manually.
In your WP admin, You should go to Slider Revolution -> Import Slider and you need to navigate to xml export/revslider folder within your theme folder (the folder you downloaded from themeforest once you purchased our theme) and upload the sliders you want. Those will be automatically places in their position on site.

Hi! I have two problems with your theme. First: I try to register Slider Revolution but i get “code invalid” message although I did everything exactly the way suggested in FAQ. Second thing is, after some time Slider Revolution (it consists of 3 YT videos) stopped skipping to another slide. Please help.

1. We bought extended license for these plugins that we included into our theme, and we can’t give you license code because of polity and terms of Theme Forest. We will update these plugins to the latest version with theme update so you just need to wait future theme update and there will be the latest version of plugins if latest version exist. You can ignore messages about activation these plugins, you have/get inside Plugin settings. Your plugins are legal and ready for use.

Setting > Reading > Posts page: Blog (Standard WordPress option) theme is displayed content from post at the top of blog page in container. In your demo this options is not selected. Looks like this is bug.

When i activate “WPBakery Visual Composer?” plugin for “KREATE” theme, i couldn’t open wordpress admin panel. It says 500: Server Error. But when i disabled “WPBakery Visual Composer?”? i can re open my wordpress admin panel.

Please note: this problem with ticket submitting is related to Envato API, that’s down at the moment, nothing we can do about it.
As for your question: This means that most likely your server resources are exhausted, and this happens, it’s not a plugin problem.
Try to increase your memory_limit parameter, or ask your host to increase it for you. Then it should work fine.

2. Yes of course, Revolution Slider plugin is used for this, this plugin comes included within the theme, you can search online for plugin’s documentation.

There’s no pop-up feature by default. We can not recommend any specific plugin, because we haven’t tested any within the theme, but there are plenty of them online that you could try for this functionality.

There’s no specific rule about frequency. The updates go whenever there’s a new version of included plugins (revolution slider and visual composer), or the new WooCommerce version compatibility, or some major issue fixes, and similar. And also, there are some regular periodic updates with minor fixes, improvements, new features…
