Hi, Transfers booking was working fine for me up until a couple of days ago, but now I get an error message “Sorry, this product cannot be purchased.” (I actually have rephrased it to “Sorry, this service cannot be booked.”). I can’t figure out why it’s suddenly not working, any ideas? Thank you

Hi, I have few questions, hope that you can answer before I make the purchase.. 1. Can I customise the drop down pick up and drop off to just text fields? Besides that can I add more fields? 2. Is it possible to add “routine” pick up and drop off? Like regular customer who book in a month with specific dates and time 3. I didnt see the functionality reservation+payment method. How can I choose from the demo?

1. At this time our theme does not support changing the booking forms or the search forms dynamically. This is something you would have to custom code. In particular, if you are asking whether you could use autosuggest in the destination fields instead of the dropdowns, this is not a feature of our theme and definitely requires custom code by you.

2. There is no preconfigured or routine functionality in the theme. It is another feature you would have to develop yourself.

3. Simply pick a date in the future from the search and select for example Anecy to Bergerac and hit search.

There was an issue with ticksy not verifying tickets properly. I believe they have resolved the issue.

I like your theme and i am thinking to try it. but i have noticed that on mobile devices it doesn’t resize as it should making the user experience very bad in some steps of the booking process.

The extra luggage list is not visible on mobile devises .You need to scroll sideways in order to see all the options

On the date selection drop down when you try to enter a data the first thing you see is this. Which is really bad and confusing to even understand whats going on .

Are those bugs /issues fixed with the latest version ?

Here’s another big bug that i found when trying to book from an Android mobile phone

The book now button is so badly distorted on a mobile devise that you cant really expert people are going to register when the see that .

I am surprised that the theme is actually being purchased by anyone. This is not a working theme, not by a long shot.

On your sales page you have screenshots that say that you theme is mobile friendly and This is not what i found out when i tested them on the same google tool you did.

Have a look at the screen shots attached

Mobile score is 50/100 that something that might get your site penalized for being to slow (Definitely NOT mobile learnedly )

That’s over 4 bugs and 2 MAJOR issues i found from just trying to make reservation from a mobile device. Do you know when can you fix this issues ?

Am not trying to be rude, but come on people… take some pride in what you do. Especial when you are selling “mobile responsive theme”

these are not really bugs, only style related issues that happen on certain devices. All functionality works as intended. The theme has been properly tested by us and by envato review theme and it fully adheres to standards.

I am trying to submit a ticket to ThemeEnenergy (I have already done that once) but I get a message that purchase code is invalid. I just purchased the theme and I was able to submit another ticket 2 days ago.

I want to change some default English texts from WooCommerce .po file.

e.g. “Order Details” to “Booking Details”

I saved the default woocommerce file as en_US.po and uploaded it to wp-content/languages?. However, the I can’t see the changes.

I use WPML in the website, if it makes a difference.

Any advise? Thank you!

I am checking the email templates, and although I can see the changed text in the body email, in the email subject and title I still see the old text, although I have changed it in the .po file. (e.g. “Your order is complete” should be “Your booking is confirmed” ) Any advise why it’s not showing up correctly?

In order enable the scroll down to the advanced search widget you need to add the advanced search widget to the Home Content Widget Area under Appearance -> Widgets.

I have a use case that would like to know if your system can work.

Let’s say a van that can take 8 people.

When a van is completely empty price per person would be X. When a van has 2 people booked, following price per person would drop to Y. When a van has 5 people booked, following price per person would drop to Z.

Is this possible to do?

the home page is fully widgetized and therefore its content can easily be changed. All you would need to do is to drag the desired widgets in your own order to the Home Content Widget Area.

The theme supports right-to-left scripts. You can enable RTL with one click in theme options.

No, this is not the booking system we use. A custom booking system has been developed especially for the Transfers theme.

please navigate to Plugins > Add new and install the WooCommerce plugin. Then go to Appearance > Theme Options > WooCommerce Settings and enable “Use WooCommerce for checkout”. Save changes.

I want to offer only private transfers, booking by car not person. If e.g. there is a search for 5 people, I do not want to show the vehicle type that can accommodate up to 3 people, it is useless to the customer. Can you advise how this can be done?

Following page are the error 404 Page not found

You can go back home or try using the search.

Please go to Appearance -> Theme options and click Update/Save.

Then go to Settings -> Permalinks and click Save to flush your permalinks. Now try the page that was causing the 404 error.

Very slow support, too many bugs, not at all a convenience theme with sort abilities to customize it! If suits you what you see, ok if your are thinking of adding things your better avoid it! Sad and low quality result as theme at the end!
