Hello, My problem is to the menu to Demo 4 the text is White and me the text is Blue… I import Demo 4. You need to export the customizer settings, reset the customizer settings and import the customizer settings.
The issue is explained here http://docs.rtthemes.com when settings do not apply in the front of the website.

Hi I purchased the theme and had originally planned to use it with the foodpress plugin to create a menu. After creating the menu with foodpress and using the shortcodes to add it to a page it seems to cause a problem with the footer. Is it something on the theme end or the plugin end that breaks the footer? (It only breaks the footer on the page where I insert the menu created with foodpress)

I am trying to import the demo content but it failed, Failed to import product_cat Shop Category 1 Failed to import product_cat Shop Category 2 Failed to import product_cat Shop Category 3 Failed to import product_cat Sub Shop Category 1 Failed to import product_cat Sub Shop Category 2 Media “pattern” already exists.
I am guessing i need to install woocommerce.However, even worse, when am activating the woocommerce plugin, its gives me “Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.”
What am i supposed to do? PS, I did also update the wp config RAM to 256M.

Thanks, the problem was with the server which limits the upload file size. Once’s it’s changed, everything installs nicely including the upload theme, demo import and woocommerce installation.

I have one more question: how can we change the mask texts of form elements; for instance if we would like to write “Name and surname” or somethings else instead of that is writen as standart text “Your Name” ? Hello RT-Team, its my second Theme ive bought from you. Good Job again! I like to use a Google Font called Mallanna for the Headlines, but its not listed in the Font Menu. Also i cant use it at custom css. When i change the Font at Firebug, its not shown. Do you have an idea, why this font doesnt work? I think, its a regular Google Font. We read the available fonts directly from google. This one is not presented by google in its api. I cant fix this when google is not serving it.
I just checked 3 other themes not RT theme and a plugin and they all do not provide that font.

Is the sidebar category menu form the catalog expandable? I mean that if you are in a category that has subcategories this shoy up in the sidebar menu if active, and if not active is not expanded.

Hello, I want to ask whether or not the different single product page elements can be switched on or off (globally or per single product). For example, I don’t want to use SKU’s and share buttons at all anywhere, and only have product descriptions for certain product categories. Would I be able to do that in RTTheme19? Thank you!

If you dont add a sku it is not visible. The share buttons can be turned off by a filter. The solution is provide in our forum.
You can not have certain features per category. They apply to all category pages at once. Unless you build product overview pages by shortcodes (selecting categories). But the real category page will still have a default look which applies to all.

hi, i purchased rt theme 19 a few days ago, i am trying to add the revolution slider to the header on my home page (above the body and under the navigation like all of your demos) but i have no clue how.
I know how to add it directly to the home page using visual composer, but that just ads it into the actual page. but i want it the revolution slider to appear just like your demo #8 shows. http://rt19-demo8.rtthemes.com/ . I don't want to load any theme demos because i know it will over write all my theme settings including the menu. I am sure it is a simple thing.I already loaded a Revolution SLider demo but unfortunately there is some setting i am needing to change.
Any help would be appreciated.
ps i like how the slider on demo #8 (the one with the dog) as it is slightly under the body area. please let me know what to do. thanks again.

We didn’t used Revolution Slider for the Demo 8 http://rt19-demo8.rtthemes.com/ It is RT-19’s embedded content slider. Here is the source of the page http://pastie.org/10728233 click the “Text” tab of the editor when visual composer is not activated for that page and just paste the source into it. Then activate the visual composer again to customize the layout. Upload your images to the slide backgrounds and your slider is ready!

Hi again, in regards to RT-19’s embedded content slider. i noticed that the text colors within the text tab editor are controlled by the selected color set. I wanted to know if it is possible to have 2 different color headers.
so for example if i had a header that said “THE ALL NEW CAMERA” but i wanted the word NEW to be in RED and the rest in white. how would i do that? I know with color set you can only set the HEADER to 1 color. unfortunately you cannot set a different colors to individually Header sizes like H1 H2 H3. is there a simple work around? I tried adding HTML to the the box in text format but it does not allow it.

1) Is this theme child theme friendly as per WordPress instructions? I have purchased rt-theme 17 and the theme is not so child theme friendly that I would like to.
2)Can I override functions.php with my own functions.php in the child theme?
3)Compatibility with Yoast breadcumbs?
4)Easy way to deregister and dequeue styles and scripts from the theme that I don’t need?
5)Can I get rid off the preloader?
6)Do you provide support for the them in regards to the integration of the theme with WPML and woocommerce?
7)Is it possible even with some coding to have Sidebar menu on some pages and top menu on other pages? Something perhaps in the header.php like

1 ) Yes, it supports child themes. I am not sure which specific function/part you are looking to customize but almost everything is overwritable with a child theme.
2 ) Sure!
3 ) Yes, it is compatible. Though the embedded one is much better
4 ) Yes, it is pure WordPress.
5 ) Yes, there is an option for it.
6 ) RT-19 is compatible with both plugins. You don’t need to do anything else but installing those plugins.
7 ) Why not, we are including two different header and footer layouts for those navigation positions so it is possible by overwriting rt_global_variables function.
8 ) Yes it is. If you find anything wrong, it will be the fixed ASAP!
9 ) Not yet! Yes it is in our to do list, just it is not that easy for our framework. We’ll do our best but can’t promise for any timeframe!
10 ) RT-20 is under development and we hoping to upload soon. But again can’t say when it will be available because of the review process and last minute changes

So I can override themefunction within my child’s functions.php
2)Moreover In some themes every file, even inside folders in the parent theme can be replaced with the same structure in the child theme. Example: /wp-content/themes/parent/lib/tmpl/somefile.php can be overridden from /wp-content/themes/child/lib/tmpl/somefile.php if it exists.
This way it offers more control to the developer Is your theme like that

Yes, Most of the functions are overwritable as you mentioned. We didn’t make the framework functions files overwritable because it doesn’t necessary to push extra work to the server.
