Hi.
I am interested in this theme but would like to know a few things. More will come later depending on the answer.
1) Does this theme allow conditional filters? Meaning if i were to create a listing for pets, a new dropbox appears and I can select the type of pet. But if i select pet food, a different dropbox comes down and different menus show when submitting a listing?
2) Do you have a demo client back end access?

Is it possible to display the submitted news on the map?
Moreover, my question after I have tested the demo page of you, how similar does the User Dashboard looks to the original template dashboard? I already have your “Javo Directory Wordpress Theme” and would love it if the dashboard is like this! Or rather, I would buy this template without thinking about it!

Javo directory is still great one. however we built a framework for map template. I believe it’s more advanced. but some of advanced features are addons (lava plugins) such as more map styles, rating.. if you need.
I just wonder “news” means blog posts? if so, it’s not possible to add news post on maps. if you can put the news content (description) on listing description area, it could be possible. but it technically doesn’t connected blog post (news) and map. as you may know, listings needs google address. 
Good news, there will be a free plugin for marination data between javo directory and javo spot. so you can move data from javo directory to javo spot by 1 click. it will be ready very soon.

PrePurchase Questions Looks like a great theme but have some questions for you 1. Does the map auto locate where the person is and show them listings around them. 2. On the Products that the customers sell. Can each directory owner list their own products to show on the page? (example, Business A sells Apples only and Business B sells Apples and Oranges, How would this show?) 3. I see nowhere that the business owner can list there social media accounts FB, Twitter, Google+, etc 4. Captha Support available?

A couple of Questions Before I buy.
1. Does your theme support field editing 2. Does it support field visibility based on subscription level 3. Does the theme support multiple admins/users in one account, for example a broker and their admin 4. Can you set up something to show what logged in users viewed a listing? 5. Is their a way to have premium listings show up higher in the search results 6. Is there a way to have premium listings show in advertising areas around the site?
I am ok if you need to use an external plugin to do any of these things… Please just let me know if its possible.

1. Which fields are you talking about? if front-end form, there is no option for it.
2. Not yet. we will add some. such as amount of pictures…etc. show amenities or not. it may take time.
3. I believe it support woocommerce product vendors plugin. you may need to see the documentation for the details.
4. No options for login users are able to see some parts. please see our price table. it’s related with posting. (amount, duration.. and some more in the future)
5. Yes we have with map addons. it will be more standing up soon.
6. There is a default shortcodes and you can filter only featured listings (= Premium listings) http://javothemes.com/spot/documentation/shortcode-blocks/ You can find “Display only featured items”.

three pre buying questions:
1 – will the planned header search allow for full text search along (in combination) the keywords/categories? (I think it would be a shame if the great listing power is not combined with the power of freeform text information…)
2 – from looking at the demo, I couldn´t figure: is there any way that the lists dynamically refresh according to the map view? (i.e. not list controlling map, but map also controlling list)
3 – can I modify the filters, e.g. if I do not want “amenities” but “features” (so, actually two questions: I. can I rename the filter field? + II. can I implement some custom taxonomy? (and if only with the help of third-party plugins?!)

2. I think it is dynamically refresh and show the result by ajax. can you please give us little more details?

I am not sure what you mean. if you want to add subcategories, you can do on “Category” taxonomies. you just need to add below parents categories. it shows on search form as well.

1. We use the same framework with javo home. but the detail files are different by each purposes.
2. First of all, you may need to purchase javo home for your realestate purpose. unfortunately it’s not for cars, jobs themes. it can be but it seems be to little limited to have each categories for each session ( cars, jobs)
3. Unfortunately it’s not. we use wordpress custom taxonomies. it doesn’t basically have relation to another taxonomies (category). but we need to use wordpress taxonomies for archives and other issues. we will see if we can find a better way.

Pre-sales question: How is Woocommerce Bookings & Woocommerce Vendor work with this theme? For example, when a user enters a product listing, how is that handled? Any actual demo of that process as part of this theme?
The reason I’m asking is because I want to use Lava Advanced map when the vendor enters his listing (as part of Woocommerce Vendors) and I want to understand how these 2 can be used together or if they are integrated.

1. I don’t think we have the options to change taxonomy names. it’s wordpress codex issue. you may need to contact our support team to find out a solution. or find a plugin for it.
2. It’s based on map. so it must have map to make a list of shops (listings). if you want to hide, you may need to add some css code except front-end form. cuz you need to add google coord. please also contact our support team about the the details.

2. Exclude categories? do you mean you want to remove some “listing categories”? as you may know, you can do that on listing category menu. it shows what you have on the category list.
