Hi everyone, we are architects and planning to use Engic for our new homepage. We need to have our homepage completely in German language. Is it possible to have everything in German (also the navigation)? It would be great to get some information about it. With regards, Julian
Hey there,
Thanks for your interest
Yes, sure you can translate everything in any language you wish! Hope to join us soon.
Best Regards.
That sounds great.
Then I do have two more questions:
1. At our office we use the font “DIN offc”. I don´t know if this font can be also used at Engic?
2. We do need a download button at each project presentation for users who do want to have more detailed information about it. Then they can download a pdf – file. Are you able to add this extra feature to the theme? Of course we would pay for this extra effort.
With regards,
Julian
Hi again,
1. Engic provides more than 500 Google fonts ready to use. In case that you need a custom one, you can upload with the child theme. Check this article https://euthemians.ticksy.com/article/5542/
2. Unfortunately, we do not provide freelancing services but I think that you can easily create what you need by adding a button element in the portfolio element.
Hope this is helpful
Best Regards
Hey guys,
i just want to know if the theme works without any wooCommerce Plugins. I just like this template to use for a company website and dont need any shop-functions.
cheers Sebbe
Hello Sebbe,
First of all, thanks for your interest in Engic.
Usage of the woo-commerce plugin is optional. You can surely make a site without using at all!
Best Regards,
Chris
Outstanding/Professional/Friendly Support + Incredible Platform + Unlimited Design/Development Options… Thank you guys.
Thank you so much for your comment
PRESALES QUESTIONS: We are considering purchasing your theme for a client. 1) Their secondary audience is in China so we need to use self-hosted videos as YouTube isn’t always viewable in China. I know this is OK in Rev Slider but how about other areas of your theme such as post or feature header? 2) Google maps are sometimes not viewable in China so if we use this element in the Contact page or Featured header, what will be shown when Google Maps is blocked? I guess we need test demo site with China viewers? Thanks!
Hey there,
Thanks for your interest!
1. In the feature section of the theme, in the built-in theme slider you can have only HTML, hosted videos. So, I suppose that you have no issue with this.
2. We are not able to do something here. You have to check it with China viewers. Use our demo link
Best Regards.
thanks for your quick reply – we’ll check it out
Cheers
looks like we’re going to get it…watch out for “cch”
You will enjoy it! Cheers
hi, where can I see your parallax style?
Hello John,
First of all, thanks a lot for your interest in Engic.
You can have a taste from the parallax effect, from our live demo, in this page for example: Parallax Example . What you see here is the parallax effect in feature section. You can have the same effect per row.
Best Regards,
Chris
ah ok, so it’s not a real parallax because the image also moves, I want a fixed image is this possible in your theme?
Hey there! This is a super real smooth parallax, enabled on devices as well. You just need a fixed background which is a completely different effect that Engic does not provide. Hope this makes sense!
Thanks for your interest
yeah I understand what you mean, but this is not the real parallax, it’s kind of…, the one page header has a burger icon, can one disable that? and does the theme have toggle panels?
I think that you are missing something here as it is a super real parallax
. Please read more details here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parallax_scrolling about parallax. Yes, you can disable anything globally and per page and Engic provides accordions that can be used as toggles as well.
Best Regards.
where can I find an example of the accordions?
Hey there! Accordions element is available in Engic but, unfortunately, we do not demonstrate the elements on our demo.
Regards.
I LOVE your new theme. You have the BEST documentation and support. Simply superb. Thank you for a wonderful theme experience.
Thank you so much
Hello, two questions before I buy this theme: 1) is it possible to use on home one page layout BUT with menu fixed to top, like on HomeClassic (menu uver the photo)? I also need current section selection in menu… 2) creating one page layout – can I use all types of blocks, templates?
Hey there,
Thanks for your comment
1. Sure you can have this header/menu no matter if it is one page or not. If you mean the current like this on our one page example – http://euthemians.com/themes/engic/home-one-page/ – sure you can.
2. You can use any element that Engic provides everywhere with no restrictions as they are elements (shortcodes) via the VC and not predefined templates.
Hope to join us soon
Best Regards.
Thanks
Great support.
Cheers
hi, is there a way to make smooth anchor links from header menu to definite point at the page? please explain how to make it
Hey arykin,
Thanks for using Engic
Sure you can have one page with Engic. You can read about this in the Tutorial, under Menu System / Anchor Menus.
If you need further help, please use our Support Forum as we provide support only there. We’d be glad to help you.
Best Regards.
Hi there, I am interested in your theme. I need more information on your shipping module. I currently use Etsy and can configure for different countries, a rate per item and a rate to ship with other items. As my products have different sizes and weights this is important. I don’t see a shipping module on your shop. Can you please demonstrate, explain what is available? thanks, Kez
Hey there,
Thanks for your interest
We just support the WooCommerce shop plugin so you have to look on what Woo offers and if it covers your need. We have not created our own shop module, we designed Engic theme. Hope this makes sense.
Regards.
This is breathtaking. You are so skillful. I bought great Corpus theme and probably, in the future, I will also buy this theme, if I have an opportunity :)).

happy new year
Great Theme, if this becomes also a right sided navigation i would buy it 100%
GLWS
Hey johannes1000! Thanks for your comment. What you see on our demo is the combination of the Framed Layout with the Hidden Menu. You can check the switcher to discover some of its possibilities. About the hidden menu (side navigation), maybe we need more details to understand what you mean. Have in mind that Engic is more than a multipurpose theme
Happy New Year
Hi, i mean more like this navigation http://tinyurl.com/hk78zgf or this http://tinyurl.com/op3sg5x one that is always visible, that would be great!! THX!!!
..i also miss share option on single projects, is there any option to display same share like on single blog post? THX!
sorry my fault, i see share icons in sidebar on single project!!!
No worries! Yes, there are socials in every single custom post type (portfolio items, posts). Thanks for your feedback
