Hi Michelle, thanks for choosing our theme, recommended size for logo is at least 40px (Height) x 307px (Width). Also you can keep height and decrease width. We are considering that theme can have a lot of menu items, that’s why we have limitation for logo, also it will not fit in mobile size. Please let us know if you will have more questions.

For adding buttons you need to use shortcode. For removing button you need to remove that shortcode. In your case you need to go to Contact section and choose “Map/Info Block” tab, then scroll down to editor where you can remove that shortcode. Let us know if you will have more questions.

There seems to be all sorts of issues with the pre loader I am trying to submit my urls to google through webmaster tools but it is saying links are only partially submitted due to not being able to load the site properly as there is a delay with the pre loader.

What can be done to prevent/improve this.

I’ve just downloaded it and successfully installed rs-card.zip from wordpress admin panel, several other users also already used latest package. When you installing it 1st time – it may take a bit long … can you please recheck. Unfortunately theme not allow us to choose different color and fonts within one WordPress admin, you will be able to create many resumes but all with same color and font.

We called top image “Header image”, so you can have different “header images” for all resumes, but you will not be able add different background images.

By the way, please try to install all required plugins if they are not installed yet, this should help.

Nvm, it seems to be fixed now that I added an array check on line 392. For those who have the same problem, this fixed it for me:

Hi, 2 more questions: 1. Is it possible to make the email field in the about fields as a hyperlink. In the contactform it has a hyperlink to a visitors’ default email program, but in the about fields it doesn’t 2. When someone fills in the contactform it sents an email to me. But in that email I want to have the email labels ‘Name, Email, Message, Subject’ translated into Dutch. Also the labels ‘Message and Subject’ need to be turned around. First Subject and then Message. Thanks.

We didn’t try to deny that you have an issue, just wanted to let you know that we paid attention on mobile load building this theme. We’re ready to find and fix any issue.

We’ve just checked your site on iphone 5 and 6 – on both 1st time load without any problem and pretty fast. If you can provide any information about the device/browser your users had the issue it would help a lot. I also admit that it could be some temporary server side problem.

We’re also doing global checking via browserstack service, will check the site on almost or modern mobile devices and get back to you soon, thanks.

I’m on an iPhone 6, using chrome and safari. I just keep getting the same loading circle in the middle of the screen.

We spent all day trying to reproduce your issue (tested on multiple iphone 4,5,6), but found only something similiar on iphone 4 / safari, browserstack test also showed that everything is working fine, we checked even android mobiles… We need your assistance to find the issue, here are a few things we ask you to do:

1. We just released new version with some fixes, please download and reactivate theme, then check if the issue is fixed.

2. Please check if the following setting is enabled on your iphone – Settings / Safari / Advanced / Javascript , this should be enabled.

3. Google speed test showed that your server is slower than should, and it’s indicating it as a error that need to be fixed, it’s nothing we can do here. Please check if our demo cause the same issue on your iphone http://rscardwp.px-lab.com/ .

4. Please email us via contact form here http://themeforest.net/user/px-lab#contact and provide wp admin access of your site – we need take a look there, cause you’re the only user who have such issue and we also can’t reproduce it, we need to check if there is a something specefic in your wp installation, maybe some plugin which is in conflict with our theme…

5. Please provide more info about the issue – is there appear the loading circle and site doesn’t open at all, or it opens but after refreshing a few times? Is it only 1st load problem?
