This problem is still within the period of my already ended support which i never received a proper reply, can it be still considered as the last support?. Loading of my Home is lost. It does not load properly. I have already tried modifying .htaccess files, Cache memory clearing, setting progressive cache memory…. etc.We have migrated the joomla website from one host to another. After migration, we are unable to view the homepage of the website. All the rest of the pages are loading perfectly ok.

Hello, love them template! Having an issue with this Helix Framework though. The documentation states that if you have to update helix framework first before upgrading to 3.3 but when I use the quickstart package, that version is already 3.3 and the helix framework is not working. Please help!

I just installed this Joomla template. All looking great. I am facing only one main issue. When I am trying to save any changes in the Template Manager which having this template selected, nothing happens. When I am checking in the console, I can see the following error message:

“The specified value ”!” does not conform to the required format. The format is ”#rrggbb” where rr, gg, bb are two-digit hexadecimal numbers. jquery.min.js:3”
