I would like to dedicate an area of my website to private galleries. This is because I have many clients for Weddings, commercial shoots, and product shoots. I would like to have several archive galleries, so I can organise all my protected galleries under their right category.
Therefore I would like all my protected wedding galleries to be under a gallery archive named ‘weddings’. All my protected commercial galleries to be under an archived gallery named ‘commercial’ etc. E.g from the home page my client would click on the ‘client gallery’ link at the top. Then he/she will be shown thumbnails several gallery archives: weddings, commercial, Parties (each category/archive with have a thumbnail image) . Each of these categories/archives will have several protected galleries within them
So if I had a client named ‘karen’ for Wedding pictures she will click on ‘client area’ > ‘weddings’ (gallery archive) > ‘Karen wedding pics’ (protected gallery) enter password > view all the images. Or if I had a chef named stephan who I took pictures for his new restaurant, from the main homepage he will click on ‘client area’ > ‘commercial’ (gallery archive) > ‘stephan restaurant pics’ (protected gallery) enter password > view all the images. Can I archieve this?
Please note this is for all password protected galleries. I will have the same category arrangement for normal public galleries and portfolio. I have a sample Screenshot but I could not enter a ticket on your website as I have not yet purchased your theme and do not have a purchase code. Nor could I email you directly as there is no mention of a direct email address for you.

So what you are telling me is that despite this being available on photography theme, it is not available on this theme. I am trying to decide which theme to go for between, photography, stellar and photome. I would greatly appreciate some detailed answers instead of a generic message as I will be spending alot of money on one of your themes.
Can the main home page be changed to a kenburns slides show which changes automatically?
And how many levels are there to the menu? I.e how many sub levels can I have?
Also does it allow for video backgrounds like the photography theme?

I had reported an issue with the theme a year back and still no update. I figured by disabling background scrolling when menu is open in the mobile mode may solve the probem. Please share how this can be done.

Hi i am facing major issue with the mobile version of the theme Please help. 1.i have the portfolio vertical archive page as my home page. On a mobile when i scroll up a black/blank section appears below the last portfolio. 2. the lower section of the navigation menu (left hand) is cut off. 3. after opening the left menu. hold the menu with your finger and move it around. The entire site actually move along with it. 4. on a laptop or desktop, when you resize the window and then again maximize the window the title section of the page that is on the left gets shifted in position.

(i upgraded to the latest version but the featured image of all pages started to get messed up. a section of the image started to get cut. the mobile version didnt get any better either so i reverted back to the previous version that i had.)
Hi, I would like to know some details before purchase.
1. Does your theme have multilanguage support?
2. When checking on mobile device, after scrolling down few images, there is no menu button. You have to scroll all the way up to click on the menu. I think this is huge mistake to have it like this. Is it possible to put there floating menu button which would stay for example in the corner the whole time while scrolling?
3. I would like to have in the menu ‘Personal gallery’, ‘Commercial gallery’ and ‘Clients gallery’. After clicking each one there will be gallery archive of albums I choose. Example: Personal gallery – Nature, Portrait, Street… Commercial – Weddings, Portraits, Events….and for Clients gallery there will be gallery archive of protected albums for each client (different password for each one, not one main password).
Or is it possible just to create Gallery archive and the theme will put all albums in there? I need to have a choice which albums show in which menu category. i hope you got my point..
4. Are there more options for lightbox, or different types? Is there an option to have share button when viewing one photo in lightbox?

Hi there, I have a pre-purchase question regarding the menu bar. I’d like to switch the desktop version to the way the mobile version works: the sub-menu points open up when clicking on the parent menu. In the desktop version a simple mouse over opens up the sub-menu. Can it be changed like in the mobile version (open sub-menu when clicking)?

No, excuse me but is not as you say. On iPhone 6, on iPad (any version) and on any device android i don’t see any gallery as i see it on my home mac and any portfolio as i see on my mac at home. On mobile i don’t see nothing as i see on desktop. On mobile device of any kind it does not work at the same …i see different things. It does not work

Hi so I am trying to make my homepage display a full screen gallery I have set the gallery to full screen I have set the page template to “Gallery” I have selected my chosen gallery I want to display When I try to check, the website does not work but a continuous loading.
Masonry, vertical, grid galleries, ken burns and gallery wall, all these galleries work
Flow and Fullscreen do not.
It was working fine until I updated the theme.
This also has happened to me once before also but then it somehow started working again.

Hello there, I need a help .. This theme perfectly fits the needs of my client, unfortunately I have found out recently that somehow the password-protected pages are not working properly. I have installed “Smart Passworded Pages” that allows me to create one enter page where visitors put a code and they land in particular (depending on the code) password protected page. The problem is that when I tried to open the page directly by putting its URL to the browser, it worked, without a code … it just told me in the title, that the page is protected, but no protection was there. I tried in different browser, delete cookies etc. I also tried to cancel this “Smart Passworded Pages” plugin (and other few plugins I use), still the same result .. Then I tried to switch the template from Stellar to TwentyFifteen and it worked. So it seems it’s template-related. Any clue what, where, how to fix it? Thank you

Hi, this is clear to me, but anyway I expect the problem is template related. It doesn’t work even with all plugins deactivated. Respectively, the password protection works when the page is set to “Default template”, “Page fullwidth” or “Page with sidebar”, then I have no issues. But when I use any other page template, like blog, gallery, portfolio .. then it just says “Protected” in page title, but the content is visible, and it shall not be. I’m using template “Gallery” and I link the page (that should be locked) to particular gallery. So it seems I cannot use regular password protection on custom page templates, the only way how to do it is to put a lock on gallery itself.
