I just tried with our demo sites and it works! There is no error on rendered screen, see the screenshot below:

I suppose this is an issue with slider content or slider settings. As you can see on your screenshot, try editing your slider settings as below:

In Problem Handling box, select Troubleshooting tab. Change “jQuery No Conflict Mode” to “On” and select “On” for “Put JS Includes To Body”. See -> https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-doc/slider-settings/#problemhandlings

Also, make sure you have the latest update of Slider Revolution plugin because we’ve never seen this problem on our demo sites that installed the latest update of this plugin.

Please use an Image Gallery element instead. You can add your images and display as Grid layout.

More specifically, I’m using Vela and trying to import the Modern Demo. Runs through the first several items fine then the spinner just spins endlessly at Sliders.

First, make sure you have installed and activated the Slider Revolution plugin. Second, the Slider Revolution importer requires Zip Archive library, ensure this module is enabled on your host. However, if it still doesn’t work, you can import the sliders manually in Slider Revolution page on your WP admin. When you extract the main download package, go to the folder “Demo Content”, you will see the demo sliders in “revsliders” within each of demos.

I have applied the latest update but the issue with the header is still present.

On iPad, after scrolling down the page and scrolling back to the top the header does not always reappear. This is the same when the “back to top” button is clicked. On Chrome the header sometimes half appears but is cut off at the top.

The issue is the same on Safari and Chrome and makes the website unusable as the user is unable to navigate through the website.

Can you let me know if/when this will be fixed?

The Shopping Cart icon in the header will show when you have WooCommerce plugin on your website. Make sure this plugin has been installed and activated.

You don’t need any other plugin. When you add/edit the address field, the marker on Google Map will change to the location of your address, you can drag and drop it to the any location if you’d like.

If it still doesn’t work, I suppose there is a plugin conflict issue. Try deactivating other plugins one by one to see if it works.

I update my 2 sites running vela themes, when I update my first site, updating required plugins worked but on my second site I'm receiving this error:

“An error occurred while updating WPBakery Visual Composer: To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit Settings to activate your Visual Composer.”

What does it mean?

Try deleting this plugin first, and install it again.

Navigate to Plugins, deactivate Visual Composer and delete it from your site. After you delete this plugin, you will see a notification to install this plugin again.

1. We suppose this is an issue with Slider Revolution plugin since we also see this issue sometimes on our demo sites. Try turning off AJAX Page Transitions in Theme Options -> Page -> AJAX Options to see if it works.

2. This issue has been fixed in our recent updates, try updating the theme to fix it.
