Hi There I have downloaded your theme and i am trying to change the color of the button on the pre launch page but can not find how to do it can you help me with this ?
I can not find it in any of the theme options even i have changed the theme main color

Hello,
I just bought the theme and I’m trying to install Layout 1-Image background light (http://thematicwebs.com/demo/wp/eos/layout1/light/image/) and found the install instructions here (EOS_WP_FULL/WP-Documentation/index.html) However in my download there was no /eos-full.zip file, (mine is called themefores-9558282….) when I opened that file there were 2 other folders but none of them where a zip file (images and EOS_WP_FULL). I tried uploading the whole zip file and it said “Theme install failed” I also tried to compress the folder called “EOS_WP_FULL” into a zip file and uploaded that and it also failed… Please help? (I already send an email to thematicwebs@gmail.com with all this information.)

Do you have a css code or method to hide header logo. I would prefer to just see the Page name and tagline. Even without a picture upload you see a light border where the logo is suppose to be.

Hi None of my updates in the Theme Option nor in the Hero section are being add to the webpage…
If I add an App Image and icon then save it, when I look at the web page, there is no image nor icon added…..
Is there another option somewhere else I need to active to edit my page ?

We are using the EOS theme but are finding that the background for the app screenshots that we are using are adding a coloured background – rather than the transparency in our PNG files.
Is there a way to either reflect the transparency, or provide us information where in the code we can amend any CSS or color tags to adjust this?

Video embeds don’t seem to be working. I’ve tried different youtube links but only a black screen appears on the site.
I’m using Chrome (latest version) as well as the latest version of the theme.
I cannot grant you admin access to the site. Please advise on steps I can take to resolve this issue.
Nevermind. A closer inspection of the code for the video page showed me that the URL cannot be the “https://youtu.be/” type. It must be the full iframe URL. For example. “https://www.youtube.com/embed/”. You should really push an update to change this or update the documentation for the theme to make it more clear.

I have redone the images and replaced them in my FTP server. I have also changed the text and the icon in the app_download.php file. Neither change appeared on my home page. Is there something I missing?

Yes you can change the iPhon image with the android one , you have to upload your own images for that . and demo images are not included in the package . please mention in email we can send you over the images .
