Although they have https://mikado.ticksy.com, the service customer of MIKADO is nonexistent. We have sent already 2 tickets in 3 weeks, the theme does not work properly and do not respond at all. Also, when you claim them answer MIKADO say:
“If you comment on your ticket before we reply, your ticket will be pushed down the list. We reply to tickets in the order They arrive into our ticketing system.”
If you do not want to have problems, do not buy a MIKADO.

So far this theme is working out really well for us and has a lot of flexibility. We’re really happy with it.
I just had one question about implementing a side column menu on a full width page template. Is there a way to insert the “Widgetised Sidebar” and wrap it with ”<aside class=”mkdf-sidebar”>” to pick up the main theme styling? Or is there another option that I missing altogether? So far I haven’t had any luck.

I have WordPress 4.5.1 and Deploy Version: 1.2, the VC does not work and sections of the site are blank where there used to be animations for graphs and text. How can I fix this?

Please,update our theme to version 1.3.1 and update VC bundled in to version 4.11.2.1. After it just clear server and browser cache and issue should be resolved, so everything would be back fine.

Yes through FTP it is. You can find the theme update instructions here:

After theme update, you can upgrade Visual Composer by performing following steps:
1. Please make sure main theme is activated while performing other steps
2. Go to Plugins page in your WordPress Dashboard, locate Visual Composer in the list, deactivate it and delete it
3. You will see message that required plugin is missing at the top of your WordPress Dashboard
4. Install the plugin and then activate it

There’s no option for exporting theme options by default, but there’s an easy workaround for it.

Ticket number 737882 – i have been very patient with you, waiting for a fix and a non copied and pasted reply to my ticket for 4 days now. I followed your advice about re-upgrading deploy. I de-activated and re-activated all of my plugins to see what the issue is.
I then activated theme twenty sixteen….when i did, VC worked fine with no issues.
I then re-activated deploy theme and the issue returns.
Please provide a fix for this issue.

Latest Deploy update 1.3 , with Visual Composer 4.11.1 (comes included in that update) is stable and tested with WordPress 4.5
Please update your theme to the latest version, update VC plugin, and empty cache , and all should work fine.

We have installed the theme but the visual composer plugin does not work and will not display in the page area.

Please make you have the latest version of Deploy theme installed (1.3).
If you don’t , update the theme first please.
Then go to Plugins -> deactivate and delete Visual Composer, and you will get a notification at the top of your WP admin to install this required plugin again, so click on it and install/activate it again.
After it, just clear cache and everything should be fine.

I’ve read about issues happening with some themes when upgrading to wp4.5 when a theme has VC bundled into it.
I notice that the last update for the deploy theme was in January 2016.
Before i update my site with WP4.5 can you reassure that your current theme version and the VC version bundled with it is totally 100% compatible with WP 4.5, and you have tested it thoroughly and that no new theme updates are required to make all elements compatible with WP 4.5 ?

Also, all the included plugins (Visual Composer and Revolution Slider) will be update in the theme update as well.

Does this theme offer a full content import or just partial? After importing the demo content on our server what does the theme look like?
I have found that different designers have a different interpretation of importing demo content, and we need the full content to look exactly like the example presented.

I’m having a few problems with he header, header transparency and scroll up/down (these input areas won’t let me type anything in.) my font is white no matter what I change..also there’s a border upon scroll that doesnt have an area to edit on the backend(turn off or on).
—I would love a fixed on scroll with 50% white header.
Also I’m not sure how to adjust the footer content area color for the widget menu.
Otherwise great theme and easy set up.
I was able to code together a fix for the header issue. I still need help on finding the setting area to adjust the dark grey area on the bottom footer area.

The footer background should be changed with custom css. For example, adding this css to Mikado Options -> General -> Custom CSS field:

When it comes to speed, we haven’t optimized our demo site – since the idea was on showing all the features theme offers, so the content and images aren’t optimized, but our support team tests users websites individually, and give tips on individual basis to get best possible performance results.
