For this problem, pls make sure that you are using the Visual Composer version 4.11.2 or 4.11.2.1. If you are using lower version, please download our theme and update this Visual Composer manually.
Because this plugin is included in theme, firstly, you should update your site to the newest theme version. Then, you can use new version of this plugin.

Thanks, the product galery is working now. But you kicked the product-image. The overview-page shows the product-image. On the product-page I just can see the galery, but not the product-image.

When I using Our Story and Image Content, The image has been the same problem.
Few issues I need help figuring out.
1. How do I disable the search? I want disable it for now and then enable it later on. I didn’t see this in the theme options.
2. Changing the site’s fonts is not working from me. http://tinypic.com/r/mij2b/9
3. When someone does search, and finds nothing, they get nothing instead of a message, can that be changed? The default search results is some what lack if they look for something that’s not there.
4. Rev slider stopped working after updating WP to 4.4, this theme and all it’s plugins, including rev slider. Rev slider is just showis the loading bar but doesn’t display any images.
5. The countdown element (style2) isn’t great for responsive, and the image that i’m using in the left field is repeating and there’s no option to tell it to not repeat the image. What should the image dimension be for this? Currently I’m using a 800×300 image in there.
For no. 5. I figured out how to change the css so that the image stretches completely to fill in whatever the width of the device might be, but there’s no way for me to save it in my custom css because you have inline styles, adding a background-size: cover; fixes the issue but it can’t be applied because the element doesn’t have such options, can you please add this in?
also for no. 5, i’m actually using style 3, like this one. http://wordpress.templaza.net/everline/home-style-3/ for the countdown timer, but the image is not looking that great. it’s repeating and I don’t see why, I’m also getting spacing issues that appears now since updated everything. I’m getting padding where there isn’t suppose to be any.

1. Currently, there is no option to hide this search. You can use CSS to hide it. In case you want to use it later, you just delete this CSS: .tz-search{ display:none;}
2. Could you please show me where you want to change? In Body Selector box, you added wrong class. In this box, you should add classes standing for places you want to change. Please send us your site as well.
3. We will update it in next version.
4. Could you please help me to check again whether you are installing our latest theme version? The problem with WordPress v4.4 has already been fixed since version 1.7.1. Now the latest one is version 1.9.

Yes I’m running 1.9, w/ wordpress 4.4. Also a new problem that started occurring since the update, all my regular pages are showing a share icons towards the bottom right like a blog post would. I’ve set it to hide and in the theme options but it’s still showing. Where do i send you my site? I don’t want to post it in the public channel.
Can you please update your sales info in the Item Details tab of this site, it would be nice to outline the details of what you updated along with an actual updated change log (this would help your sales greatly if it didn’t still say “New version 1.8 is available since January 15, 2015”. Creating some new promo graphics for each big change is a great way to increase more sales for you. Just thought I’d put in my 2¢

Now, to change infinite scroll to traditional pagination, we have to edit in code.

I am having an issue with firefox and the revolution slider. when you navigate to another page / application and the slider is going, when you come back to the page / tab with the slider, it will not progress to the next slide. This seems like quite a big bug and i cant figure out how to resolve. Please help!

We are so sorry but this problem is caused by Revolution Slider plugin only. You can do a test by activating default WordPress theme.The same problem still appears with default theme.

As I explained, we tested Revolution Slider with default WordPress theme and this problem happened with these themes too. It means that it is caused by the Revolution Slider, not the themes you are using. Thus, we are unable to give you exact solution.

. For this problem, you can follow one of 3 solutions below:
Solution 1: Upload the theme file via FTP orr Cpanel.
Solution 2: Speak to your host and ask them to increase your file upload limitations for WordPress
Solution 3: Inside your wp-config.php file, add this line at the top of the file: define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘128M’);

Is there any way to get a paginated portfolio page? Infinite scroll doesnt seem to load properly unless I am missing a setting.
Actually, it seems like infinite scroll wont work if the slug is /portfolio … odd

Amazing theme
The menu for pages that aren’t the home page is way off, huge amount of padding. I would like to close that up some to make it look nicer. Also, the logo on the home page isn’t centered in the circle, I would like to fix that too. I also attempted to change the cursive font to a different one following the instructions but it isn’t working for me. Am I missing something?
I added custom font just as the documentation said to do it, but I can’t see how to change the font on Revolution Slider. How do I get the font to be selected there for that text?

To change font, after you add Google URL and Font family, you need to add classes which stand for positions you want to change.

That is so weird that it isn’t there now! I updated the theme files through FTP to be the most current version, now it’s not there at all!

You need a new ticket system! I was entering in a ticket, went to look up other information, came back to it and was logged out. I lost all my typing. Very inefficient.

I purchased the theme on creative market just days ago so unless that is the latest and greatest version then I need you to send me a file to download the latest version- otherwise I don’t know how to get the newest one? in themeforest its easy but creative market doesn’t work like that?
