Hello,
This issue is happening again. I cannot login from the main navigation menu. The login popup box vanishes too quickly to use it. And when I do login from the backend of WordPress, I am unable to see the submenu user menu dropdown options. Actually none of my drop downs are working (for example, the Category and Type search filter drop downs). I even deactivated plugins and it’s still not working. What is going on with this theme??
Can you please look into it and tell me how to fix it myself? I haven’t done anything new to the website since the last time you fixed it, so I’m not sure why it is doing it again.

The ‘grey box’ is loading the map with the properties added by the agent. But it’s empty if there are no properties.

We need to use just one Search in Home Page, and its should show all the properties, include IDX results..

You cannot use one search for both WP properties and IDX properties. They are two different services. The result are coming from two different places. The IDX search is part of their plugin, it wasn’t build by me.

1. Open this file: /realeswp/templates/leftside_menu.php and add class=”expanded” like this:<div id="leftSide" class="expanded"> ... </div>2. Open this file: /realeswp/templates/app_header.php and add expanded like this:

If user is not logged in, and clicks on “favourites” button, sign in /register form will pop up. It’s a bit annoying that after signing in, user will be brought back to homepage instead of the original single property listing page.
Is there a way to make sure that the user is brought back to the page where he/she left off?

We’ve installed your theme. But when we go to the AP Admin > Media in the WordPress we can’t see the images that we upload we just see the default image placeholder (which is a grey image).
1) We’ve checked this is not a plugin issue – we disabled all plugins.
2) We’ve checked this is a theme issue by activating your theme and then activating the default wordpress theme. When another theme is activated – media shows the thumbnails. When your theme is activated the media shows a placeholder not the thumbnail.
3) WpEngine hosting support have confirmed this is a theme issue.
4) We tried installing the theme again. It didn’t fix the issue.
Why does this issue occur ?

Hi, I have some trouble with with CSS files.
They seem to make some trouble so this page takes too long to load

This items seems to be empty and delays the web load. Can you provide me with some alternative?
I can see an empty box in the Reales WP CSS what I should do there? Can I erase this items?

Hi, i have problem with activating theme. When i activate it, website chrashes and i can’t get to wp admin. I get just blank screen. I have deleted all files from server, deleted data base reinstalled WP and installed theme several times but with the same result. What to do? Regards Marko

Hey there,
I’ve imported listings via all import plugin but i am facing an issue in regards to gmaps. all listings are empty as location.
If i am going through each listing and press the “place pin by address” will do the job.
Unfortunately xml files have around 300 listings in sales and 500 in rentals.
Can’t be done in this manner. using localhost for the moment.
Please let me know what can be done to have a suitable solution for this problem.
