New theme issues
1. can’t go to dashboard: it return itself to wordpress admin panel that is why members won’t be able to go to there member dashboard 2. The edit post doesn’t work after one day. Is there a time limit for editing posts? If so, don’t make the edit button on posts visible then. 3. Color styling is lot less then old admin theme panel. WHY? 4. Can you provide us a list with files that are changes or modified (php/html) that way it is easier to know wich files to changes that i have modified in old version
Overall i think that the new theme update is not better then the old one. You should have fixed the issues instead of a complete overhall of the theme.
Hi, the mobile version is not working (when user is login he can’t go to dashboard, media files. Send couple of support tickets and Skype request but until now not a fix. We have about 40.000 mobile users so would be nice if they can start to use it.

Hi Team, Please answer below queries . -> How would I get the access to the HTML code . -> When a user changes the profile picture , and if the background of his/her image is white then the image is not visible. -> When a user tries to update the profile pic and clicks on “Change Photo” and after that clicks on “BROWSE” to upload the pic and as soon as he/she selects the pic then rather than getting an option to crop the image , user gets the message which states “You must upload only supported image.. BLAH BLAH”. I don’t want this message rather than an option to crop the image. -> When a user logs in and gets an option to clicks on TAB “MY PROFILE” “MEDIA LIKES” “FOLLOWERS” “FOLLOWING” “MEDIA LIKES” . When a user gets this TABS then the background colour is WHITE Please let me know how can I change this colour.
For now please help me in fixing this options

When a user clicks on Upload and then he gets an option to select the content and upload and before uploading user gets the option to select “IMAGE , VIDEO, POST , AUDIO” I don’t want the AUDIO option to come.

You can simply edit the post in back end, In latest version we also added edit feature so as an admin you can edit any post on frontend.

We are using wordpress built-in comment form so you have to modify it, if you have development knowledge then there are many tutorials available online.

Theme options and setting not saving/updating. I have tried updating the theme, updating directly though the database etc.
I see many other user are experiencing this same issue.
Support please give us a hand and resolve this issue.
- Not able to change top bar settings – attempting to change and the topbar will no longer display - Changing the header background will result in the default image loading - Selecting a revolution slider for any page does not work - and many other issues
this theme appears to be very buggy. I’m assuming the extracoding framework has a corruption when parsing the settings. Likely an easy fix for support.
Give us a hand here themebazaar. We need a working theme.
Please note: theme settings were working until I tried to save changes to topbar, now it is hit and miss for any theme setting to save.
I’m afraid to adjust any theme setting at this point, as it almost always results in the theme reverting to the default settings.
For example: loosing your backgrounds, logos, colors – basically any customization you have done. I’m been able to make minor updates directly through the database, but this is a really frustrating experience.
