1.We do have recurring donation system in our theme. 2. We have donors widgets in our theme which can be used on any page including cause page.

Re recurring donations – I need this to be available for the general donations as well as on the causes and using PayPal as well as Stripe, which are the 2 gateways we use. Please confirm this is possible.
Re donor widgets – are these cause specific too so that I could put the donor widget for cause XYZ on that cause page to list donors for only that cause? And then have another area to perhaps list all donors or general donors?
I may have other questions later. Appreciate your time.
1. We are offering multiple payment gateways with our theme but for recurring payments you can only use PayPal. 2.We are offering two types of donors widgets which are top donors & recent donors you can use them on any page but they are connected with any cause.

Hello, I’m a prospective buyer of your theme, but I had a few functionality questions.
Will this theme support the ability for users to create accounts, and submit their own donation campaigns with details, photos, titles, donation goal, etc? These users will be separate from visitors who would like to donate.
I also need these users to be able to create donation campaigns that can be searched for, if they are not displayed on the front page. (Similar to the examples Home Page 02, 05, and 08)

sorry front-end submission is not available but you can achieve this with any user management system

yes actually helpme is a nonprofit fundraising theme not directory theme so there is no user management system or front-end submission you can use plugin for front-end user login and permission system like user pro to manage user role, please note we did not test any user management system on this theme
Hi, thank you for this great theme.
I am just testing it on localhost using standard xampp installation and a clean wordpress site. I seems that the when child theme is activated, the theme is not loading. Also the “Theme Options” menu is not showing up.
I wold like to ask if this is a general bug, or it’s just a problem with my local installation?

Hi there, I have a presale question: What do you mean by donation with offline payment? Is meant that a customer can pay by bank transfer “manually”? Thus no direct payment?

yes you can set any method for offline payment e.g if you have set offline payment method, you can provide bank account details to your user or provide an address to send check to you and when payment recieved you have to mark donation as completed manually from back-end
