How to change the image with blue background and logo that appears when Bostan shares the main link?

First I want to thank you for purchasing Bostan, sure you’ll like it 
You can change that image through changing default thumbnail, which you can set at (Appearance > Theme Options > Header Settings > Default Image), you can upload here an image to be the default image of your website, this image will be the thumbnail of posts without any image, and also will appear on Facebook and social sites if some one shares a post without an image.

I’m really Sorry there was a mistake, it’s (Appearance > Theme Options > General Settings).
In the new version is giving error when you start updating plugins.

It seems to be host server issue as it works on our test server, this is the first time at updating Visual Composer and Revolution Slider?
However, we could try the manual way if you like
It is not the first time, the last time it worked. How do the manual update? Where are the files to download the plugins?
Ok, this issue will need further investigation, but as we know that your time is precious, we will use the manual way, first, copy js_composer.zip and rev_slider.zip from sanabel/framework/tgm , copy it to wp-content/plugins (Through FTP) and extract the files, it will overwrite js_composer and rev_slider folders

Never mind files are included inside theme folder, you will find them at sanabel/framework/tgm/plugins

The tabs feature of the pagebuilder stopped working. Tabs show up, but when clicking on a tab no content is shown.I guess there are some issues with the latest wordpress version. Could you please tell us how to fix this?

Trying to add videos using the portfolio -> Add Media -> Insert from URL and video seems to show correctly in the Project Visual Editor. But when I try to access it through a projects caroussel blocks it doesnt work. When I clicked on the featured image (in the carrousel), the popup shows with a black ready to play youtube iframe, but when I click play it show a snowy poltergeist style video with an error message. we have a nasty flicker issue on the child menus of the main menu. The dropdown menu on IE11 flickers when you put the mouse on the area where there is no text.

we are having big issues moving a site from demo environment to production. The theme templates break and we loose data during migration! This is huge problem for us and we think it is related to the theme!
We export the DB with phpmyadmin. We get an SQL file.
We find and replace all urls with like www.ourdomain.com/demo/.... with www.ourdomain.com/...
Then we import the DB again in a new DB name, and when we run the site 50% of our Page Builder templates content are gone including the theme settings.
Can you tell us why this happens? We do an exact copy of the DB and still some content is not displayed after the migration. This is huge huge issue!

I am having some problems with the menu in mobile devices (or even when making the browser window small on a regular pc) I can select another page but no ‘go’ is given, so no other pages are loaded.
Is there no support on this item anymore???

Sorry for the delay, the theme was stopped and returned at January we’ve improved mobile menu at version 6.14 you can update through Envato Toolkit plugin, waiting for your feedback
