Hi there… I am trying to figure out the tabs feature. Is there a way to make the tabs NOT group into threes? Can you share how to make it not group together and have five tabs across my page? I downloaded the new theme and updated my CSS file and it took away all my custom changes that I had made during my support period. 
This was a solution that put me backward instead of forward and now I need to access all my old tickets so I can fix this unless there is a way to get my old CSS file backup. PLEASE HELP.

When deleted the code that is mentioned elsewhere here, then like your other client, it simply opens a miniature of the site. It did not work !
We think you need to update your plugin which is creating problem, please download the latest version from themeforest and update the plugin, if you still face the problem than you will have to give the access to your website to diagnose the bug. Actually some errors can not be diagnosed without checking the backend therefore we ask for backend information because these errors are non-existent on our server. We check the extra plugins that you have installed, we check the server configurations like memory_limit, Php version and such other things. Then we find the bug and give you the solution. I hope you understand this my brother. Thanks a lot for your patience and cooperation. You server information is highly secure if you share it with us. I see you have other mentions of this problem but changing the logo doesn’t seem to work. I have the dimensions set to the right size and the file is in the media library. Click to insert the image and the button does the change to Remove but nothing displays and on the home page the box is outlined but not showing the broken image icon.
Please follow the given instructions,
kindly go to dictate/header.php at line number 60 and replace the following code
$Logo = '<img src="' . $settings['image'] . '" alt="" .="" />';
with
$Logo = '<img src="' . $settings['logo_image'] . '" alt="" .="" />';

The image uploader in Theme Options seems to be broken. It won’t let me upload a logo image. I see this is a problem in an older version, but I just downloaded the template last night.
I also am unable to download the demo—I click Import Demo Data in Theme Options and it has been “downloading” for about 3 hours now. Is it supposed to take over 3 hours? I closed out because I figure that is broken, as well. I have sent an email to support about the broken uploader in Theme Options but haven’t heard back.

This is very easy bro, the Demo data is not given with the file rather we have given one-click install in the theme. You can install the Demo data in such a way,
Step 1:Go to Appearance => Theme Options of WP Dashboard. Step 2:Locate the option, Import Demo Data on the top bar of the Theme Options. Step 3:Click on . Step 4:After confirmation message, click on Save Changes.

First I imported demo data than I activated visual composer plugin. I see lots of template but there is no Medical Home Page 5 (new) template in my templates panel.

I solved my previous problem. Now I want to download logo but logo browser doesnt work. In the admin panel – General settings- choose header style – logo image – browse. I select logo image which has W=209, H= 43 in the library, than uploaded. Browse button turned the remove button. But my logo image didnt downloaded. What can I do?

After you fixed my problem by accessing to my admin panel, now I’m not loggin my admin panel. I gave you my admin panel’s username and password. Now log in page is coming but when I write my username and password, click “enter” button, I wait 25-30 seconds and page doesnt come. What can I do?

Serious issues with woocommerce and this theme. The theme files are not updated properly and while support says that will be addressed in a theme update, meanwhile, we are stuck and can’t roll this site out because of the bugs.

The demo data install/setup instructions are wrong:
4. Now for setting the theme Menu Go to Appearace >> Menus >> Click on Manage Locations Tab >> against Main Menu select Top Menu from the drop down. 5. Now Goto Settings >> Reading >> and against “Front Page” select Home as the home page of the website.
The menu that matches the Live Demo from Envato is Primary Menu, not Top Menu.
There is no “Front Page” page in the demo data.
FRUSTRATING – the data, support site, and instructions do not match. I would NOT recommend this template at all.

This is my second attempt to get this template to work. I hope I have better luck than last time. Nothing but roadblocks, errors, and issues with the configuration. I worked with Support at the time, and got less than satisfactory results. When I said I wanted a refund, they told me they couldn’t refund it to me since it’s sold through Envato. Argh.

Site here lists last update as Oct 9 2015 (no version number). Downloaded ZIP file is dated Oct 8 2015. Changelog though shows V4.3 as of Sep 24 2015. Seems to be a versioning issue / lack of clarify.
