Hi Pirenko, I really like this theme but before I buy it, I’ve got a question for you… I need a player on it! The idea is to have some tracks (2 or 3) under each album. They can play individually (one player per track) or in one player with a playlist. Can I do this with your theme? Thanks!

The theme has a page builder that will allow you to generate and manage all the pages and posts content visually (so you don’t need to use any shortcodes). I know the visual composer. Sometimes you want to add a button below a piece of text. A shortcode can let you have that button in a textblock instead of a separate button block. But I solved the issue. Thanks for the feedback!

I bought “fount” recently and I have a problem. I have an error message when I want to update “WP bakery visual composer”. I tried to deactivate, erase and reinstall the plungins (with fount framework) but after doing this, I still can’t update visual composer and so use it. It tells me that I need to purchase a licence to receive automatic updates? Do I need to purchase a licence? I thought that it was included with the “Fount”theme. Thank you for support.

About updating Visual Composer: you bought the theme and you only have the license for it (not for Visual Composer). So, it is the theme that will eventually provide updates to it. Disregard that update message if it appears again.
Please be aware that if you buy and use a version that is different from the one that is included with the theme, we can’t ensure that it is compatible.

1) Current Visual Composer version is 4.11.1 which is fully compatible with WP 4.5. Every time that the theme is updated Visual Composer is updated too;

4) Yes, but I suggest that you install the free Yoast SEO plugin for improved performance;

Hi Pirenko, I just bought and installed the theme (VC = 4.11.1), but Visual composer is not working….I just see all the shortcodes in the pages. Only other active plugin that I have at the moment is a ‘under construction’ plugin. The rest is switched off.

I just replied to your email… You are using a child theme which is ok, but in this case you need to include the js folder that is included on the child theme that is also included with the theme.

I get this Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Vc_Manager in /Applications when i try to uptade Visual Composer. I try to delete the puglin and re-instal (also with envato toolit) but it does not work.

I like less the Envato pricing policy and their way of thinking … The shame. Envato not the only theme seller.
Especially the Themeforest changes of Sep were not the same when i purchase. and this policy support did not exist.
I still bought 4 times your theme. Each time with a different account ( those of my clients // for no paid charges). And I find all this heartbreaking.
I’ll come back via the same question on behalf of a client of mine (with his account) . After having contacted and lost 3 days. 3 days or will the site was deconstructed . ( Updating the theme erased all the content of the site … )

Hello there. Does the Visual Composer license expire with this theme? I deleted and re installed the plugin to see if it would resolve itself. Didn’t work. Still saying I need to purchase a license.

Figured it out myself. For others looking for instructions, here they are:
1. Deactivate your theme 2. Delete the theme. 3. Delete VC plugin 4. Reinstall theme and install VC plugin.
That should get the VC working.
There are alternative ways, but that works perfectly too. Thanks!

Just deleted the theme and re-installed it from scratch. After re-installing the theme I don’t even have the option for 1 click content install 
That option is only available after activating the bundled plugins. Thanks!

Hello Pirenko, Nice theme. I discovered it when a client asked me to update the plugins.
The person who bought it to you doesn’t want to work on it anymore. Then his client asked me to look after the website. (http://www.blondandblondandblond.com)
I made all the last updating (wordpress, plugin, theme) but the website doesn’t load on IOS 9 iPad and iPhone.
We searched during hours and don’t find the answer of this bug. Could you help us then please ? Even if I didn’t bought this theme for myself ? Or in which conditions ?

Yes, that’s what I thought as well. I turned on the footer content, and set the ‘add special’ page to use the contact page but the only thing that shows on the site is the text in the ‘Under footer text’ section. The contact page does not load.

Hi, just wondering how I can get the front page image changed? In your demo it’s a video (which is cool), but for now i just want an image to be the same size as what your demo video is. I just can’t find where that image and size is set.

I figured it out. I had to edit the top row and just set the new image that was downloaded. I also set the cover-background-image-align-top. That seemed to do the trick.
If I want a video, I see you just change the background type to image. However, for yours it loads two different videos I think. Or is one a still image and the other a video depending on the device it loads from? If so, could you show how you do that?

I am having some issues in Fount’s theme in portfolios. After using you portfolio templates and I replace images, videos and featured images your stock image still displays. Our dev URL is: http://red212.bizbuzzamerica.com/ and you will see image two under: Homemade Brand Ice Cream. Its happening with two separate portfolios.
Additionally, I reset the Agency portfolio display setting to those of the Musician trying to fill the area with the project images like it does for the Musician page. But you will see it does not change the look.
