Thank you. I know there’s another theme I use that has a sort of conversion of shortcode between their themes. Didn’t know if you had something similar. I’ll dig through demos to see if this is a good option. Thank you! Resolved our other issue – wasn’t Metropolis, but a plugin conflict that came with plugin update. Deleted plugin, all is well for now.
Glad to hear that you found a problem. Metropolis is updated and no issues has been reported so I was curious how it could be that theme doesn’t work. Anyway, take a look at Mixed demos in case you decide to get newer theme.
We have Metropolis. Is is easy to convert that site to this theme? Our site images are no longer loading in most browsers due to JS issues. Looks like it’s time for a new theme, but if this theme is a simple transition, we will stick with you. http://brambiers.com Thank you.

I can’t say for sure that everything will work out of the box as Mixed is bigger theme. Shortcodes are always different in each of our themes but Mixed has Page builder which means that it’s much easier to build pages. Mixed has many elements as you can see in demo so you will have a lot of options to customize site by your needs.

It seems you have very old version of PHP. Function “mb_strtoupper()” that is missing is added in PHP 4.3.0. WordPress requires PHP > 5.2.4 but version 5.6 is recommended due to security issues in previous versions.
Check with your hosting provider for PHP version you have.

Hi, The theme looks great.
I’ve a few questions, however.
1. Just to confirm, can the top menu which includes the phone number, email address and social media icons, be displayed on all pages and when scrolling down?
2. Can a contact form and/or a call to action button be added to the home page, say moderately sized on the right?

Thank you for interest. Static header will be static on all pages if you set it to be static. The top part is hidden when you scroll because it covers too much space on smaller screens although this can be changed in code if you want to keep it visible.
2. Theme utilize page builder so you can do probably everything you can imagine. We are using Contact Form 7 plugin for contact forms so you can create the form and add it’s shortcode to Home page very easily.

Thank you for interest in our theme. Unfortunately we are not giving NO-QUESTION-ASKED refunds. Refunds are given only when theme doesn’t work on hosting because of some compatibility issues (although we always try to find and resolve any issues that may arise).

Hello,
We liked very much this theme and we would like to purchase the license, but we found an issue at menu using notebook with touchscreen enabled.
When the theme is accessed by someone with notebook with touchscreen enabled, when we roll down the scrollbar, the menu does not hide the action bar at the top.
We have tested using last versions available: Google Chrome 51.0.2704.79 and Mozila Firefox 46.0.1.

The script we are using (Modernizr) probably has issue detecting notebooks with touch screens.

You can duplicate the page by clicking on “Prebuilt layouts” in Content Maker (on new page). In dialog that opens, find the page you want to duplicate and click Insert.

Getting setup is a nightmare. For other people installing make sure you visit the support system as the page builder is broken out of the box and requires a manual download and update from their website (even though it’s still broken once updated).

Page builder that is included has visual issues with latest version of WordPress but new version that is available on our support forum is working fine.
We are preparing update (next week) that will include fixes for known theme bugs.

To all thinking about getting this theme. I was a little frustrated at first that things were not totally working. But I can say that the theme author does a great job of responding and working to fix any issues you might have. He always responds within 24 hours and would probably be even sooner, but I’m pretty he’s on the opposite side of the world from where I live. When buying a theme from themeforest, support is ultimately the thing you are paying for and for that I would recommend pixel-industry to anyone.
