In which section you tried to use the purchase code? Are you trying it in envato toolkit plugin? If yes, please follow the below instructions.
This toolkit plugin establishes an Envato Marketplace API connection to take advantage of the new wp-list-themes & wp-download methods created specifically for this plugin. These API methods grants access to information about your purchased themes and create temporary download URL’s for installing and upgrading those themes. Basically, users that have purchased themes from ThemeForest.net can now install and upgrade any theme that takes advantage of these new methods.

ii) If you have made any custom changes in the code, please take a backup of it.
iii) Overwrite the updated theme files to the older theme files. Update the custom change that you had already.
iv) Go to wp-content/plugins/ through ftp
v) Remove the folder buddhathemes-core-features/ from wp-content/plugins/ Remove the folder buddhathemes-appointment-addon/ from wp-content/plugins/ Remove the folder buddhathemes-property-addon/ from wp-content/plugins/

Dear all, I’ve a problem with the site. I’m working with WPML plugin. I’ve configured my site in spanish language as default. I’m translating pages to english as second language. I do a duplicate content from spanish language to english, change all text to english language and save changes, although sais that is saved, is not saved and I’ve all content in spanish again. Can you help me please? I’ve lose two days with that. Thanks.

Not works. The same problem, access to english text, make changes, update but not update the text working with the priority pagebuilder. I’ve update the theme and last version of Wordpress, 4.5. If I disable priority pagebuilder and make changes directly over wordpress edit and save changes, all works ok.

We’re building a website on this theme and had some initial problems installing the demo, but managed to set up our website, then yesterday a new WordPress 4.5 came out, we had an automatic update, and firstly received a jquery error that was partially fixed by my programmer, but now we’re experiencing problems as shortcodes stopped working. It seemed to work on /*! jQuery v1.11.3 but now 1.12 the effects won’t work. Are you planning an update soon so that we can continue using the theme? Please reply when you can, it’s quite important to get this resolved asap! Many thanks.

1) Just paste the shortcode generated from the google map plugin from Dashboard > Settings > Responsive Styled Google maps Helper in to the contact us page and have a look.
2) Update the Retina logo from Buddha panel > Layout > General > Retina Logo, so that the mobile layout shows the retina logo. The retina logo should be exactly double the size of normal logo. If your normal logo is 100×200. Then your retina logo should be 200×400.

Hi, I just purchased this theme, and I’ve run into a few problems. 1. I cannot make the top bar appear, though I enabled it. 2. I cannot activate Slider Revolution. I’ve never run into this before. Do I have to buy a separate license for that? I thought it was included. 3. The preload image just hangs. The page finishes loading, but the page never shows up. Just the preload image. I will send credentials in case you need them.

Thanks, but not works ok, as you can see on www.conred.es, only appears the spanish flag on spanish version and not the english flag. If you look into the code, I think is not ok. At the moment only homepage is in spanish (by default) and english (www.conred.es/en). I’ve add in left content.
