Hello, I am getting problem in generating of voucher code. The problem is that when user start a process of buy a deal then user go to the payment gateway then when if user cancel the transction then it also generating the voucher code. conclusion is that that theme also generating voucher code in case of cancel or failed transction. please review that, its an serious problem.

I have two question before buying the theme.
1- is it possible to force suscription before the user can get the coupon ?
2- Is there an option so the customer won’t be able to get the coupon until it is activated by the website admin ? after that, the coupon will be sent by E-mail instead of downloading it direclty from the website ?

Theme support forum is generally unresponsive; very slow to reply (1-2 day turnaround). I purchased the CouponXL WP theme here at themeforest last week and upgraded today to version 3.7. The widget which should display the # of deals and coupons by location doesn’t work. Unfortunately, that was one of the biggest draws for me prior to purchasing this theme.

hello, want to make it so the user can apply coupon code i supply to them which will make the submit coupon code free, or a second code ( depending on which i give them) to make it 50% less….. how would you recommend to go about this? the set up as is now wont integrate with other coupon plugins…

Can the various sorting features that you have – list view- grid view, ascending, descending be made dynamic without page reload? Right now each time an option is changed, the page is reloaded which is annoying and time waste for readers. How to do it? And what are the pagespeed and gtmetrix scores with caching enabled if you have checked?

I’ve already purchased the theme and it’s really a good one.
But I’m facing issue when I tried to upload any media at the insertion of deal. When I click “Add Media” button nothing is encountered (Reffer this link https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B9j4b1hjXBvDdUtWRFoxLUtPTlE/view?usp=drivesdk). WP-media uploader isn’t open and console isn’t showing any error. So could you please help me out from this issue.
