Donut animation isn’t working for some reason. No other plugin installed other than what came from package. http://www.ferrarimed.com/demo is the site. Any help would be appreciated.
One more note, the meat our team animation also is not working, but I removed that anyways.
Second note, comparing the theme demo html to my generated html, it appears their are two big differences between my site and wydethemes.com/vela3 1) The style width is not in the html 2) the icon (font awesome) is not getting placed in the html
This is a compatible issue with the theme on WP 4.5. Please update your theme to the latest update to fix it.
When I updated the theme to Version 1.8.5 my menu changed to the 3 bars with the drop down on the top left. And no matter which menu settings I change – and I’ve tried altering almost all of them, the menu still displays as the 3 bars in the top left (http://captureconvertlocal.com).
I’ve gone to Theme Options >> Header >> Layout and selected the 1st option (this is how I want the menu to display). Can you please advise on how to fix? Thanks!
I just visited your site and it’s working fine. I see your menu displays as the full menu items and there is no the 3 bars (hamburger icon) at all. If you have any cache plugin, please clear all caches and clear all your browser caches too.

We have Vela Wordpress Theme and since the latest Wordpress Updates the Visual Composer tool is not available in the page editor. It shows the icon with classic mode or front end but the builder elements for the page in Visual Composer mode are not showing up. Yesterday we thought it had to do with a theme update so we updated to the latest version of Vela. This did not fix the issue…we cleared cache and still nothing. Please advise as to what could have caused Visual Composer to stop working. Or, if any other users have encountered this issue.

We suppose this is an issue with Tabs elements (tabs, tour, accordion and toggle) from the Visual Composer plugin on WP 4.5. If you have any Tabs element on the page, you will have script errors and the editor will not work.
We’re waiting for a new update from Visual Composer plugin to add it into the next update of the theme.

The latest update of this theme is 1.8.5, but I see your site is currently running on Vela 1.8.4.
Please update to the latest update that is compatible with WP 4.5 to fix this issue.

Another day, another question 
I don’t know if this is an template issue or WP general. When I link from a single image to the full size image in Prettyfoto, it is always showing a resized image of 640×640 px, not the original full size image. Is there a possibility to control this?

This is an issue with VC Single Image since the default image size that displays in the prettyPhoto is a Large size (640×640px). We will change it to the original size (full size) in the next update. Thank you for reporting this issue 
Hi Wyde, im trying to change the fonts in Theme Options > Typography and the only font i can change is the Menu Font. all the other options for changing font, sizes etc are blocked out? Could you let me know how to edit and change the fonts for all options please? Body, H2, H2, etc. thanks!

URGENT help needed: I just installed the recent last update of Vela and the white top area shows up on all pages again, you did fix this issue before but now it’s back and I have a show to present this site on in a couple of days, how do I remove the top white area without having to wait for an update fix? if you delete the imported data code for the vela counter, how do you get it back without having to recreate the whole section?
I’m sorry but if you click on the update button to save changes, you can’t get the deleted content back, you need to recreate them.
However, if you have any other sites such as development site on your local computer, you can import demo content, copy the shortcodes from that site and then insert them to your current page.
Also, you can send us your email through a private message -> http://themeforest.net/user/wyde#contact to request the shortcodes of the whole section that you just deleted so we can send you the code for creating them.

1. On mobile the site logo overlaps the drop down menu on the top left of the screen – how can I move this logo to the center?

1. This is a bug with the mobile navigation on Boxed layout. It will be resolved in the next update.
Also, you can fix it now by adding the custom CSS below to Theme Options -> Advanced -> Head Content:

Just updated the theme to Version 1.8.5 and the tabs section on my homepage isn’t displaying correctly. The content is still there in the backend, icons are still correct, but text for each tab doesn’t display. When you click on one you get this URL: http://captureconvertlocal.com/#tab-1415956902209-5-6 and nothing happens. This section is 3rd section on above url under “Want to Grow and Automate…” heading (6 tabs).

I see there is a JavaScript error on your site. I suppose it came from Event Plus plugin that is not compatible with WP 4.5. Please deactivate this plugin to see if it works.

Thanks for this theme that’s awesome!
However, I’ve a few I’d need to address so that I could fix them with your help:
1) For some reason, when scaled down under 498px width, the headline in the main header on the one page theme doesn’t wrap correctly, and it even looks the font scales up, but as the wording doesn’t wrap correctly, half of the words are hidden to the left and right side.
2) When posting a Portfolio Item, it looks that I can’t choose the specific Thumbnail image I want to use (to be feature on the gallery overview). How can I setup this and have control on the image displayed on the gallery?
3) Last point, even if under the Theme section I added my color as color scheme, it worked everywhere, except on the hero header, where the button “GET STARTED” doesn’t take the right color code. I tried to overwrite the custom css with a hardcoded color code, but it still takes for some reasons the default beige color.

2. When you create a portfolio post, you can set the featured image in the featured image box in right hand side like the blog post so it will display as the featured image in the portfolio grid as you see on our demo site -> http://wydethemes.com/flora1/gallery-full-width-4-columns/
3. The button from slider revolution has its own color (the slider add the style and color directly to the button) so the color of it will be not changed even you change the theme color scheme. You should change the color of this button manually by editing your slider.
Theme options are not saving. I make my changes and click the Save Changes button but screen stays grey out and nothing else happens.
I Disabled 1 plugin after another to see if a plugin was causing the issue and after going through my entire list of plugins and retesting Theme Options still nothing happens.
Is there something I am missing?

The logo that you provided is just a user, it’s not an administrator so we can’t access your Theme Options to see this issue.
What do you need access to? I can set that up on the user roles.
The account I was allowed to set up gives you access to:
Themes: switch_themes update_themes edit_theme_options edit_themes install_themes
Plugins: activate_plugins edit_plugins install_plugins update_plugins
We need an admin role that can access your theme options panel so we can try saving your settings to see any error message.
I updated the login I previously sent allowing more access.

I still can’t access your Theme Options.
However, I can see you have many plugins on your site. Try deactivate all plugins except the 3 ones that came bundled with the theme (wyde core, revslider, visual composer). If it works that means there is a plugin conflict, you should re-activate those plugins one by one. Once you activate a plugin, try saving the Theme Options to see if it works.

Mhhh, that doesn’t work for me. The angle of the mask is changing, but not the total height of the title area and this is what I wanted to change. Reducing margin and padding of .title h1 did the job.

Absolutely, you can change the height of title area by changing the margin of .title h1 as you mentioned.

I can’t get any of the Visual Composer components to work while I’m waiting for this to work.
This theme includes the Visual Composer plugin, you can use normally without registering a purchase code.
The Visual Composer that came bundled with the theme need to be updated by the theme author. You can ignore an update notification in plugins list page and wait for a new update from the theme instead.
The latest update of this theme includes the latest update of Visual Composer. After you update the theme, you will see a notification message at the top of the page to let you know there is an update available for this plugin, click on “Begin updating plugins” to update it, see more on updating in our documentation.
But all of my Visual Composer elements aren’t working. So I bought the license seperately and it’s not letting me activate my license, seperate from the theme author because if he’s not going to update it quick enough and my VC elements break, I wanted to have my own. So I’m using my own purchase, and it’s saying I don’t have one.
We will enable the license tab in the next update of this theme so you can activate your license.

I’ve got a question concerning the header: We have created a logo for our website which links back to our landing page. However, this link doesn’t work. The site keeps loading and does not respond. If I restart loading the site in my webbrowser, it works. Is the link not correct or is that probably a problem caused by the slider revolution?
Then, I’ve got another question concerning the accordion. At our site, it does not collapse at it is supposed to.
Furthermore, I wonder if I can edit the team member slider in a way that it doesn’t show a border. It looks a bit messy at the moment as the content is displayed in diffrent length.

If it still doesn’t work, try turning off Ajax Page Transitions option in Theme Options -> Page -> AJAX Options.
