But when I wanted to update Visual Composer WPBakery not let me. He shows me the following message: “Installing Plugin: Visual Composer WPBakery To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit Settings to activate your Visual Composer. Return to Plugins Required Installer “
I have version 4.9.1del WPBakery Visual Composer plugin. I said 4.11.2 is available, but does not allow me to update it.

Hi. After upgrading themes to 1.1.7 Visual compositor is not updated to version 4.11.2. He requests a license. What to do?
Deactivate vc plugin and then start upgrade , check documentation u can get it.

Hi, I currently have a Wordpress site that is outdated and am planning on using your Mist theme to relaunch an updated site. Obviously I need to design the new site without interrupting the current site. What is the best way to do this?
please upload in test server and check it first Then move the files to live server or create sub folder and install WordPress and upload new design if everything perfect move to live server.

Its been almost a week since a created a support ticket and I have not yet got a satisfactory response for the erroneous contact form submission. Despite me posting multiple replies to the same ticket asking for an update to if the query has been resolved, you did not even reply saying that you are working on the issue and shall let me know as soon as you fix it. One of the worst support services I have come across in the recent times!

We updated theme with latest version of visual composer in theme forest. So you need to update theme, visual composer and all…
I did all of that and it still does not work. It shows the Visual Composer but I cannot see the page content and when I choose something to add, it does not respond

Unable to submit ticket. Not taking my purchase code. Still have 4 months of support left. Says: Sorry, that purchase code is for a different Envato product. I have been able to submit tickets for this product before. My visual composer stopped working, so I updated the theme and was able to update all plugins but visual composer. Please advise ASAP, need to be able to update site to launch

Sent you another message. The updated VC did not fix the problem. This is a known issue with VC and they released an update on 4/13 to work with wp4.5.- version 4.11.2. You sent version 4.11.2.1 which is not working

you can activate slider, but for updates u can get from theme bundle. As it was extend license code, so cant able provide to all. We regularly update all premium plugins with in theme.
