Hi,
Usually the when you select a product from the auto complete, it takes you straight to the product page but this one just enters the product text in the search form and then you have to click search and select the product from the results. I believe this is unnecessary and from testing i found that some users don’t understand that they have to click the search button. From their point of view, they just selected a product and nothing is happening (redirect to product page), so the feeling is that something is broken.
Is there a way for products selected from auto complete to redirect to product page after clicking the selected product from the list?

Hello, I have question about upgrade. Currently we are running OC 1.5.6.4 version, but in near future we plan to upgrade to OC 2.1.x.x. What would you recommend? I should uninstall Marketshop theme for OC 1.5.6.x first, and then install Marketshop for OC 2.1.x.x, or can I simply overwrite old Marketshop files by new files? Thanks.
Hello, It is a good practice to backup your system. (1) First of all upgrade your OpenCart version according to OpenCart instruction. & then, (2) Go to your site source > vqmod > xml > then Remove “marketshop_theme.xml” file. Hello, Many third party extension available in OpenCart market. So, I cannot say for any third party extension. Normally all third party extension are compatible default OpenCart theme. So, Some time create issue in third party extension with Custom theme. Hello, I think, You have forgot to refresh the modification cache to update the system. You have need to refresh by top right buttons on Extension > Modification page in admin panel. & then check it. I have already this point mention in Installation points Documentation.
