Do you only have access to the latest version if you are paying for support? My installed version is 1.8 and doesn’t show updates available on the themes page but on the product page it shows 1.9.2 is the latest version.

There is no update notification system embedded to the theme, we just send emails when there is an update available. So, you all need to go to your Accounts -> Downloads page and re-download the theme for the updated version. does the product enquiry form support automatically putting the product name in the message/subject of the mail so the owner knows what the order enquiry is about? if yes, how exactly?

I am sorry, but it is not available by the developers design. I will bring this thread to the developers attention and if he decides to implement the suggestion you will see in one of the next updates.

However if you see no further information on this here or in a future update release overview of what has been added. adjusted or fixed, then he has decided against.

Maybe there is a addon for the visual composer by a plugin which can do so.

I had problems with this theme related with malware. My hosting is Bluehost, and i have been suspended because there is some vulnerability related

The file is one of the core files of WordPress and i can tell that this is not a theme issue. The theme has been built by using core WordPress API and if you have any problem with malwares it is probably infected by a 3rd party outdated plugin that has a security hole or it infects directly from your computer by using your FTP software / stored passwords. I recommend that, change all your paswords, have your backup and start again with a fresh WordPres install (or do a file compare with original WordPress, it is probably infected to other files also ) Then make sure your computer is not infected and remove any plugin that you are not sure about it is up to date or has any issue. Let me clarify that this may happen with any theme even the default themes of WordPress.

Can you please take a look at your theme in Explorer. For some reason the side menu doesn’t function the same way as it might with Safari, Chrome, Firefox. Is this a known bug, which won’t be solved or is planned? Thank you.

You need to update the theme to the latest version 1.9.1.1 This version will come with the latest version of Visual Composer and Revolution Slider plugins as well.

Hi, You need to update visual composer also to the latest version which comes with the theme. If you having problems with the auto installer ( appearance -> install plugins ) delete the plugin first of upload via FTP. The zip file can be found inside the /rttheme19/rt-framework/plugins/packages folder.

Hi, my client purchased this theme. I was hired to design a website. I have a major issue that I failed to troubleshoot. It seems like the theme is not loading css and js files. The page is completely grey, the vertical navigation is grey with no styling. But, when I press customize, and the customize panel opens on the left, the layout looks normal, as it should. Vertical menu background is shown alongside all other styling options. As soon as I close the customize menu, the website goes back to grey mode. Any thoughts?

I figured so far that dynamic-style.css is not loaded at all. When I manually include it in the header, page renders normally. Still, this is no solution.. Thanks.

Hello, I tried updating VC from Install plugins page and manually with latest version and they both failed. Now what?

You need to disable all plugins other than RT-Theme 19 Extensions Plugin, Visual Composer plugin and Revolution Slider plugin then test it again to see if the problem solved. If not, please open a ticket on our support forum and provide us as much details as possible.

Disabling the extension plugin will disable all the theme custom post types, shortcodes and theme abilities you need to have all the great features of this theme.

Once that does not resolve your issue you confirm that to us in our forum in the thread with your issue that you did walk by all the steps and in the next reply in your thread you need to supply us ftp and wp-admin logins and urls so we can investigate this any further. We also require that all plugins except the ones that come with the theme are turned off to rule out any conflict and that you are using the latest theme build and plugins.

We requested you now several times to post this issue on our forum but you keep on posting in here. I wonder why as here we cant help you properly. Like all other developers and plugin builders we have a forum where we deal with user issues, questions, theme problems etc.
