I have pretty much given up on support here. I get occasional answers to my questions, and then no follow up after I respond to their answer. Also, it is usually several days later. Basically, I just have to figure it out for myself or else I’m out of luck. It’s too bad because the theme has so much potential, but I shouldn’t have to wait for 2-5 days to receive an answer that doesn’t usually even help me out, and then never get a reply to my follow up question. How can I possibly get my website going when I have to wait that long to figure things out? Wish there was another similar theme with good support.

it is wordpress user registeration by custom forms and yes they can access admin panel if you allow them.
2- About RTL and Arabic language I ask you before you told me that this theme with RTL but what about Arabic language did I have to translate PO files to Arabic language or it is already translated to Arabic?.
You have to translate it yourself and we would love to include your contribution.

The slider supports Revolution slider and I think it also support posts from different website sections.
4- About adding comments to posts how can people add it? Did they need to register or it is possible to add comments buy using Facebook or twitter?
We are using basic wordpress comments and registered and unregistered users both can comment. You can easily replace comments section with freely available plugins for advanced usage.
5- About login to site or registrations ? Is it possible to make login by using Facebook or twitter?
This option is on very high priority and it will be available in near future.
6- About adding a new posts is it easy a clear for any users? I ask because I use another WordPress theme it was very hard for a new computer users?
Yes, it is very simply you can test it yourself on our test installation.

We usually reply within 48 working hours but it’s totally depends on the number of tickets in que. BTW uploader theme has very less issues reported so far and I hope you won’t have much issues.

Yes, you can easily change these videos from theme options, even you can replace it with image as well.

The embedding feature is currently not available and due to security reason the shortcodes are not allowed for frontend users but you can easily disable this option in few seconds from code file and we will guide you if required.

5. Most of buyers are using this theme along with cache plugins and they are satisfied but we haven’t tested it ourselves.

1) Instead of using Slider Resolution plugin, can I using other slider plugin in this theme?
2) During upload, after insert any file then it ask to choose “Article”, “Music”, “Video” or “Image” once I click that 4 categories look like similar, I guess it show different field for different categories.
3) Can I change the blog post format in this theme?
4) During Upload, in the advance setting can I remove the selection of “Privacy”?
5) After I login as “demo” account, when upload new article then at the content or description part, why I cannot insert image in that part? Normally it will show “Add media” button right?

2. The original Uploader idea was little different, you can simply select 1 post type from backend and it will even remove the initial popup automatically.
3. No, blog post formats are currently not available.
4. Yes, it is very easy and we will guide you about the procedure.
5. You can insert image by using URLs but uploading functionality is not available in editor.
6. Adding recaptch is bit lengthy work as you have to include their PHP file and hooks required to verify the entry so it will take little extra work but you can easily add text, dropdown, and other form fields.
