Hi there – just a quick question about the boxed layout. Under APPEARANCE>General options>CONTENT WIDTH – whatever figure i add there for example 1400 doesnt seem to effect the width? Just trying to make this a little wider. Cheers and thanks for time – John

You have to change the “Responsive Layout” to OFF to apply the new width, But in this case you will disable the responsive view on other devices.
Ok so we would need it to be responsive so we would have to keep it at 1170 (or whatever it defaults to)
Yes the responsive view has standard content width on each device, if you want to change the width so, you will break the responsive standards and apply the custom width.
Hi there. This is a pre-purchase question. On the demo home-corporate-3, there is a tabbed area (Our Mission/Our Vision/Our Strategy) – are these links supposed to reveal a new element when clicked? Your demo just jumps to another area of the site rather than revealing a new tab. If these are tabs, can images/backgrounds/text be placed in them? Thanks, Silvio

Hi, as I can remove the preloader of my site?
You can do this by disabling the page transitions from theme options page (Under the Appearance menu item > General Options > Page Transitions and change it to “OFF”),
Or you can add the following code in the theme options > General Settings > Custom CSS :
.page-loader{
display:none !important
}
Another question is there way to put logo at the right side of the menu?
Unfortunately this option is also not implemented.
Is it hard to put it right side?
This will need some CSS modifications to work.

Hi, i have already bought exception theme. It is solid and cool theme. However, there are some missing customisation it seems. I will list them and send to you.
As far as i see, this theme is developed after exception. The question is that is there any different between core functions, theme options capability etc between those two themes? Or only design difference, admin interfaces are same ?

Just the admin interface and some basic functions are the same but in general they are different in additional functions, code, features and many more.

This is All Revolution slider related, You can Edit the Static/ Global Layers and you will be able to change the copyrights, Logo, Thumbnails and also the menu nav you need

About changing the logo, you can find it in your WP Dashboard > Appearance > SuperFine > Header Settings > Logo Settings > and upload the logo image you need.

I wanna know is the coming soon timer is a shortcode. I will use it for every event.
No unfortunately it doesn’t support the multiple events, this needs an event calendar plugin and also the theme should support that

Anyone get the Visual Composer figured out? I really need to get a page out today and I’m using this theme because I have two other licenses and can build fast in it. However, this third install went into a fresh site, install of WP and now I can’t get VC to work. Everyone on the forums are pointing fingers at each others, WP to developers of plug-ins and themes, theme developers to WP and plug-in developers and plug-in developers to theme developers. BUT NO ONE IS FIXING THE PROBLEM.

I have theme 1.1.5 and your update updated VC to 4.10. still the same problems. VC update is now 4.11.2 Bad service this. thinking about removing the theme altogether. slow response from support does not help.

I am trying to add conditional logic to my menu items (i.e. sign-in/logout)...based on if a user is logged in or not, certain items will not show. I would like to use the Nav Menu Roles plugin, but when I install this plugin the settings do not show up in my menu admin section. Is there a conflict in this theme with plugins that use conditional logic?

Presale question: I love what you are offering, but on the blog and page side, I would prefer a different layout, namely what the folks at www.imore.com have done: placing the category, Title, Author, Date and comments ONTOP of the featured image, instead of the standard boring fare you and many others are offering. If you could do this or suggest a way of implementing it so that it also works on mobile devices, I’d more more than grateful.
I am currently using “Jupiter”, but am getting increasingly disenchanted and frustrated with it.

About the Slider Tour, Thanks for this idea, this will be taken in our consideration but currently we can’t include it as this needs extra work and time.
