Unfortunately, the image gallery element will only display images but won’t show the title. You should use the Portfolio Grid for displaying your portfolio posts instead.

The problem I am having with the latest update is that it is now messing up the masonry gallery. So I cant install the latest version until this is fixed. So no video either. Please let me know when this will be updated. Many thanks

Hi,

There is a bug in the old version of Visual Composer plugin that prevents users updating via the theme. You’ll need to delete it before installing a new one.

Navigate to Plugins page, deactivate this plugin and simply delete it from your site. Don’t worry, your content will not be lost. After you delete it, you will see a notification message at the top of the page to install a new one that comes bundled with the theme.

1. The filters can only filter loaded items that you’re currently viewing, it will not load more items automatically. You’ll need to manually click on “Show More” button to load more items in the selected category. If you’d like to filter all items, you’ll need to show all items in portfolio grid.

2. This is a bug with the theme in a new update of Visual Composer plugin. I suppose there is an update with the build query field. Thanks for reporting this issue, it will be fixed in the next update.

3. I just visited your site, looks like you’ve figured it out and I can see it’s working now. As you know, you can add “overlap” to the Extra CSS Class field of the column container or the row to set the z-index to 999.

Edit your portfolios page, edit the Portfolio Grid element, change the “View” option to “Photoset”, then save changes.

In order to use the custom PHP code, please follow these:

1. Please use the child theme when you’d like to modify the theme. Firstly, you should install flora-child-theme.zip (you can see this file in the main download package), then activate it.

2. Go to Appearance -> Editor, select “Flora Child” to edit the child theme.

3. Edit Theme Functions (functions.php), add the custom code that we provided into this file.

4. Save changes.

For the anchor problem, I’ve found that there is a difference between current-menu-item and current_page_item. At first I thought that use current_page_item would solve the problem. But in doing so it resolves to the pages, but in the case in which there are items in the sub menu or taxonomies different from pages it does not work. I’m afraid but I think there is no rapid solution.

Probably doing something on the Wyde_Walker_Vertical_Nav function, like a search&replace of the default WP code will be useful. But that’s not a priority.

Hello, I’ve found another problem with the left menu, on firefox the ”>” symbols appear out of alignment:

I’ve double checked with Firefox in Windows, Linux and OSX and I see the same misalignment in your demo site.

The CSS class “current-menu-item” is available for all types of menu item so we’ve defined the active color for it only.

For the issue on Firefox, thanks for reporting this issue, it has been fixed in the next update.

I’m not sure why your content have been deleted but the theme updating won’t affect your content at all. Please make sure you have the latest update of the theme and Visual Composer that are compatible with WordPress 4.5.

Regarding the slider importing: Importing sliders in Theme Options -> Home requires Zip Archive library, please make sure it is enabled on your host. Also, you can manually import sliders in Slider Revolution page on your WordPress admin, you can see the demo slider zip files in the “Demo Content” folder in the main download package.

Not sure why. But reinstalling the theme solved the problem.

Since WordPress 4.3 and above has its own favicon settings so the options in Theme Options will not show. You can change it in Appearance -> Customize -> Site Identity -> Site Icon instead.

We’re sorry but there is no Twitter and Instagram posts in this theme. However, you can install third-party plugins if you’d like.

Please update the Visual Composer plugin to the latest update (4.11.2.1) that is compatible with WordPress 4.5.

After you update the theme, you will see a notification message letting you know the plugins have a new version and need to be updated. If the notification message was dismissed, navigate to Appearance > Install Plugins to see the recommended plugins list.

If you couldn’t update this plugin, please delete it from Plugins page first, then install a new one that is included in the theme.

Try updating the theme to receive the latest update of Visual Composer that is compatible with WordPress 4.5.

Actually, when you turn on One Page Site option in Theme Options -> Page, your site will automatically generate the menu links and anchors for the sections.

However, if you’d like to create the anchors manually, you can set the Row ID (i.e. section-1) for the target row, then add a custom link to your menu.

When you add an menu item, select Custom Links, then set the target section (i.e. #section-1) as URL.

We’ve updated the hover effects on mobile and touch screen devices in the latest update since we have receive many issue reports about the opaque box on mobile, it overlays on portfolio image and doesn’t look clean.

However, when you visit your site on non-touch screen devices, you will have the opaque blue box when hovering as previously.

Regarding the post navigation, you can add below CSS to Theme Options -> Advanced -> Head Content to remove the image from the post navigation:
