just to let you know, the psds have a teal overlay to them that I can’t get rid of… I tried it on three different computers with CC and CS5.
It sounds like you are seeing the guides overlay. You can turn that on/off in photoshop under View > Show > Guides.

Hi, - is the theme support the RTL ? - is the builder support to animations the element via CSS (lazy load) ?
Unfortunetly we don’t have any RTL support built-in. If you needed RTL support, you would need to add this in by following the WordPress documentation: http://codex.wordpress.org/Right-to-Left_Language_Support
Animations: Unfortunetly we don’t have any animations built-in of lazy loading. If you wanted to add this, you can do so via a plugin like Visual Composer Page Builder.

Note: All sidebars can be turned on and off. Most of the options for this are controlled via the page options. The documentation covers this as well if you need further directions. You can definitely turn the sidebar OFF on the homepage but have it for any other pages. This ability is on a page by page basis.
on appearance/Customize i set page content-sidebar so by default all pages has sidebar. when i edit homepage there is no option to exclude sidebar, it’s already setting with fullwidth!

PROBLEM WITH UPDATE: SERVICE POSTS DISAPPEAR IN DASHBOARD CORRESPONDING TO NUMBER OF BLOG POSTS PER PAGE .
-My PROBLEM Services count reads correctly (11 – the number of services added) but only displays service posts equal to the number set in Blog pages show at most (#)
Whatever number is used in the dashboard – under settings/reading Blog pages show at most (#). Sets the number of service posts displayed in the dashboard. So if I want my blog pages to paginate after 4 posts – I can only see 4 posts available when I click on services in backend. Change it to twenty and I see all 11. I’ve tried to find how the two are affecting each other – but can’t find what file this error is coming from.
Yeah, it looks like an error on the theme end which calculates the pagination. I found it and fixed it already 
. You can download the latest files at anytime. The only file you need to replace is the functions.php file. That will fix the issue for you.
Where is the site identity section moved to?
The site identity is located under Appearance > Customize. In addition most of the options are also located under Settings > in the dashboard.

Appearance > Customize…then there are 13 options. Could you be more specific with where to go next?
Make sure you are using our theme as I suspect you maybe using another theme. The Site Identity is the first menu under Appearance > Customize so it would be very easy to find.

Hello, first of all, thank you for creating this amazing theme! Second, i recently updated a clients wordpress to the newest version and my VC is no longer working properly. I used to be able to edit each page easily using the different pre installed boxes of the theme, but after the update, all i can use is “classic mode”. Im not much of a coder and need this fixed ASAP. I use this theme for many clients and they are all experiencing the same issue. Please help!
I assume you purchased visual composer separately as we do not include it with our Renovation theme. Please note that Visual Composer had a bug with the latest version of WordPress. They fixed it though so you just need to update the plugin to the latest version and that will fix the issue. They patched it the same daytime new WordPress was released

Before buying your template I have downloaded to try and have the following issues that I would like to resolve before proceeding with your purchase :
1) I am trying to add photos on my Wordpress posts but the image sizes are changed to default size that is I guess 600px. I don’t want a default size. I want Wordpress to keep the default size of the uploaded photo. How can I fix this?
2) When I define a post as a gallery does not let me select two features images.
You can definitely adjust any of the image sizes. You can easily attach galleries to any post as shown in the live preview. This is covered in the documentation you receive with the theme. Note: We do not have any trial versions available. Make sure you have not downloaded this from an illegal site as they often contain bugs and of course no documentation.

I understand your point of view on purchase download without but from my experience I prefer to try before you buy .
The fact is that in the pages work correctly and in the post when the scale upload an image to fill the entire width unless you use a grid ( See image http://www.innonweb.es/image_post.png )
Nor have I gotten gallery format works both within a post as a portfolio. Rather, it worked but has stopped.
Another mistake I have found is that in the featured images not me appear in feed and to resolve I had to use the ” RSS Image Feed” plugin.

Nope, those premiums plugins are not included. We do support these plugins though. They work well with all of our themes. Also, we do include the Slider Revolution premium plugin with our theme.

We currently are using the Media Temple CloudTech Security Pack. This is only a little bit extra a month and it handles all the security/malware for sites. We don’t have a CDN setup but we are looking into this as an option.

Hi. Pre Purchase Question. I am developing a website for a Renovation/Construction Company. The owner usually uses an iPad or iPhone and not a desktop so I need to make sure it is fully responsive. Is there a Mobile Menu Configuration? A Retina Logo option? Also is the Theme Configuration done through a separate setting vs done through Customize?
Yeah, this theme is fully responsive. It will work great on an iPhone and iPad. There is a mobile select menu that is built automatically on the mobile browser. Also, it is retina supported so you can use a retina logo. We are using the Theme Customizer. This allows you to easily make logo and color customizations while viewing the site. The part that concerns me is if you go to the full width example on your demo and change the resolution the legs of the table start to vanish when you adjust it. Is this something that can be fixed?
Yeah, that area is set via the slider. By default we have it fitting to the screen so it will crop/adjust as the browser window is resized. You can disable that if you wanted so the image is not cropped. The downside of that is there will be bars on each side of the image or at the top/bottom as the browser is resized. This is very easy to set when editing your slider.

Somebody please help! My purchase code for the slider is invalid it says BUT I can’t even submit a ticket to Themepunch because you have to put in the code and when I do I get an “OOPS” invalid!!!
