Never mind, found the problem: errors in the code of page-title.php

Sounds like this is a title area background issue, try choosing a background image in Theme Options -> Title Area. Also this issue has been fixed in the next update that will be available to download in a couple of days.

Thank you! I’ve figured it out. However, I do have on more issue. The portfolio grid is only making a lightbox when clicked, not going to the actual portfolio item. Is there something that must be turned on to fix this? I tried looking in the portfolio settings, visual composer, and theme settings but I cannot find how to fix it.

I’m also having a problem created a custom list for the portfolio grid. When typing the category the filter only rolls so it won’t accept my entry.

Actually when you click on a portfolio featured image, it will always go to the portfolio detail page as you can see on our demo sites.

If you have other plugins on your site, try deactivating them one by one to see if it works. If it still doesn’t work, please send us your site URL, we’ll need to investigate this issue on your live site.

I must say that from the layout and front-end perspective, your this theme is a top-rung theme, creatively unique, and better than most of the creative themes. And once you add some great SHOP layouts, it will be tough to pick a theme better than this one. I think I will buy this…the only thing stopping me at the moment is the lack of Shop layout options. But I still may buy since you said you will be working on these. God Bless!

Hi, please make sure the Visual Composer is enabled on Post and Portfolio, you can enable it in Visual Composer -> Role Manager, in Post types choose Custom and then select post and wyde_portfolio.

I suppose this is a revolution slider issue. There is a bug in slider revolution element that the page will error when it can’t find the slider. This issue will be fixed in the next update.

Try manually importing sliders in Slider Revolution section on WP admin, upload slider zip file from the folder Demo Content in the main download package. Or remove the Revolution Slider element from your home page to temporarily fix this issue.

Sounds like there was something wrong with the demo content, try importing the slider from the first demo again.

Navigate to Theme Options -> Home, select only Sliders option and then click on the first demo (Creative Agency) to import only slider.

Currently, there is no option to turn on or off the parallax effects on mobile since all parallax effects will not work on mobile and tablet including all touch screen devices by default. This is for improving the browser performance on those devices.

This is a Slider Revolution plugin issue, it stops working when it can’t find the slider on your site. You can manually import sliders in Slider Revolution page, upload slider zip files that are included in the folder “Demo Content” in the main download package. Also, if you don’t need slider, you can simply remove the slider element from your home page to fix this issue.

Sure! You can add a latest posts widget and popular posts widget including any other widgets you have on your site into the sliding bar widgets.

Yes, this theme includes Visual Composer plugin and when you use it with this theme, you will have new options of row and column to build the overlap layout. You can also import demo content so you will receive all predefined pages as you can see on our demo sites.
