Make sure you have followed all the steps mentioned below,
1) You need to install the dummy contents from Dashboard > Citrus > General > Import Dummy Data ( Top right corner).
2) Then update the permalinks from Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks.
3) Change the home page from Dashboard > Settings > Readings.
4) Update the menus locations from Dashboard > Appearance > Menus > Menu Locations.
5) Add slider to layerslider or revolution slider and add it to the home page using the slider options below the editor section.
If you still have any queries, let us know ftp and admin so that we can update you.

The blog page on our theme is not displaying correctly. The blogs are repeating themselves – how do I correct this?

Please update our theme with latest version 1.7 to fix the issue. Follow the below steps to update the theme.
i) Download the theme from themeforest page.
ii) If you have made any custom changes in the code, please take a backup of it.
iii) Overwrite the updated theme files to the older theme files. Update the custom change that you had already.
iv) Go to wp-content/plugins/ through FTP.
v) Remove the folder designthemes-core-features/ from wp-content/plugins/
vi) Then Login to Dashboard > Appearance > Install Plugins. Install the Designthemes Core Features plugin. That’s it. Now you are updated to the latest version.

Kindly, Update the Retina logo from Buddha panel > General > Retina Logo, so that the mobile layout shows the retina logo. The retina logo should be exactly double the size of normal logo. If your normal logo is 100×200. Then your retina logo should be 200×400.

You need to assign this page as portfolio template from the “Page Attributes” section. An Set the “Portfolio Options” like post layout, Post per page and enable or disable the allow filter option and you need to select the filter categories form the dropdownlist.
If you want the bottom section of the portfolio page you need to add the code for the “Bottom Fullwidth Section” text box.

For landing page menu you need to set the menu name and slug name has the same value.

I almost forgot , on the home page , I can not see the examples come from portfolio , just get the title and description of the section, but I see examples , however the manager wordpress if they are loaded

1) Just go to that page in the backend and you can see the full width shortcode which has the background image attribute. Just upload a image of size 1920×1097 in the media section and use that image url in the background image attribute.
2) No you cannot delete any files and folder after theme installation.

Hello, I bought your theme just a few months, I have not managed to install the home page. I asked a friend Webmaster to install the theme for me, she did not manage to install citrus I loved the concept of images that change the homepage of citrus (tiled portfolio) and that is why I bought this theme. unfortunately my Webmaster said she did not find how to install this despite having sought information here. I ended up with a site in maintenance that I can not use then that is my working tool.
is it possible to get a refund for this purchase that I can not enjoy it?

Hi, when I upload an image in my blog post section it continuously posts the same image twice instead of just showing one image for that post on the homepage.

Hi, the theme looks great, what I’m wondering about is the background video, is this set up to be linked from youtube/vimeo or do you have to upload the actual video itself? The video I would want to be using would be large and therefore linked on youtube/vimeo so this may be a deal breaker. Can you let me know? many thanks

Hi, We are using LayerSlider as opposed to the slider that came with the theme as we needed to change the text.
