Hi guys ,first of all very nice theme .. i really love it and I’ll buy soon. first I have a question .. i was playing with your demo and I noted the issue with the facebook sharing ( the return page says ’ Not Found’) ... seems that https://www.facebook.com/sharer.php is deprecated time ago! I think the sharing functionality is the key of all the WP theme .. how come that it still used? thx for your attention. I’ll wait ur feedback
mmmhhh I checked more this issue and I discover that the url invoke by ur theme is not correct. It should be https://www.facebook.com/sharer/sharer.php and NOT https://www.facebook.com/sharer.php .. in which file u invoke him?

Yes there is an issue with it. Facebook changed how its share button works lately. Update will be available early next week.
how i can remove the limit of photos on my photo-album? i will post more, but visitors cant see the last photos if i upload a new :/
Hi,
There are no limits on number of photos in album. But there is a setting called “Posts per page” (or “pictures per page”). Please increase this value to a desired size.
Suggestion for Next Upgrade – Featured Image on Portfolio Grid Template Page (to be shown for links on SNS)
Hi there Dream-Team,
I am a photographer and I am using the Portfolio Grid Template page as my homepage. I think there may be many photographers who want to do this as it allows clients to get straight into the work you want to showcase.
I want to set a featured image for this page, so when I share the link to my site on SNS such as Facebook or Google+ there is a little picture of the type of images I take next to the link.
However, even when I set a featured image on the portfolio page, it does not appear when I post a link. I don’t actually want the featured image on the portfolio page, just to appear in the link for SNS.
I am guessing the portfolio template doesn’t have the code to post a featured image. When the theme is next updated it might be a good idea to include this functionality, as well as the option to hide the featured image on the portfolio page.
This is just a suggestion that I thought may improve the functionality of this photography based theme. I hope this feedback helps you in your development process. As I said before, it’s a great theme and apart from this small issue, I really love using it.

As a final follow-up, I tried to post the link again today and what do you know…the featured image appeared in the link. Very strange!
It suggested there is a lag between updating the featured image and it appearing in links. So, in order to test that hypothesis, I changed the image and posted the link again. Sure enough only the old image appeared. This further suggests some kind of lag.
I am sure you will have a better understanding of the processes affecting this. From my side, I am just happy there is an image with the link. But I thought it only right to report back to you – hopefully all this feedback can help with development and problem solving in the future.

The fantastic combination of your stylish theme and the ease of use of VC convinced me to purchase Armada. I know my support has expired, so I am not expecting a detailed solution. However, I thought it would be useful for you to know that I too have upgraded to the latest version of Armada, but cannot use VC.
Will this issue be addressed? Or will I have to buy the upgrade for VC separately? VC is almost the same cost as Armada – so it would be a shame if that was the case. Be great if you could let me know.

Dear Dream-Theme,
I would just like to add an update. Yesterday I upgraded VC, however it was only version 4.7. However, today when I logged in to Wordpress there was a notification to upgrade VC again. This upgraded to the 4.11.2.1 version.
Although I’m going to have to remake a couple of pages, all the others are functioning fine and I can edit them. So, I am a very happy bunny.
I hope this post helps out other bunnies who are having similar difficulties.

Because your computer is touch-capable, theme recognizes the touch input as a primary input method. It adapts to touch navigation. If you use primarily mouse, you can disable the touch-screen capabilities in system preferences and everything will work as it should.

“Like button” can be easily added to any page. When it comes to a photo, if you want to enable likes for a specific image, you need to place this image on a separate page. The thing is that the button “likes” a specific page URL. So if there are multiple images on the same page, when trying to “like” them, you will, actually, “like” the page they are displayed on.
This is not something theme-specific, this is about “like buttons” functioning, in general.

I am new at using WP and I have purchased the Armada Theme a few months ago. Would you please tell me if there is anyway that I could use the Armada Theme without the Visual Composer included? Can I purchase Armada without VC?

You can simply refuse installing the Visual Composer. Or remove it from Plugins. Theme will work fine without it.

our website was hosted on ehost.com and we export database and all website files (Wordpress, plugins, theme etc) and then import the database on Godaddy’s hosting server… on many pages its has this ? and also when we edit the page in VC is says this “You have blank page Start adding content or templates ” but when we visit site and the page has all the contents and somewhere it has ?... other pages on site which has not (?) can be edit in VC… can you please help?

First of all please note that GoDaddy is not the best hosting choice: they are using very aggressive caching mechanisms to pack more people on single server..
Second, please use plugins like Duplicator or All in one WP migration for site transfer.

I’m afraid I’m not in the position to recommend you a hosting company. There are numerous forums and reviews available online that will help you decide. I can only give a general advices: avoid hostings with automatic caching; and look for one that supports PHP 7.

After update i lost all my content built with Visual Composer.. Any fix?
Edit: I found the fix, updated visual composer to the latest version and now all seems fine.
@ rspojedaeva to update VC go to appearance > Install plugins > and press the update button under VC

My site is completely down. I have it set for auto update. So not sure if something went wrong there. But this morning after I read that the theme had an update, I tried to log in and my login page is blank, and site is too.
OK, working through it and managed to update the theme manually and slowly updating and reactivating plugins one by one.
