Please note, the thing is that we have bought extended license for Slider Revolution which granted us right to distribute this plugin as a bundle within our theme. But, due to Envato rules, we can’t share this license key with our customers.

So, we’re in obligation to our customers to always provide latest plugin version within current theme version and also to provide necessary support. Therefore, just use your plugin freely and disregard activation message.

Important note is that Slider Revolution is not imported with demo import and you need to import it manually. You should go to Slider Revolution -> Import Slider and you need to navigate to xml export/revslider folder within folder you downloaded from Theme Forest and upload the slider you want. Since we bought extended licenses for these plugins, we can’t give you the purchase codes because of policy and terms of Theme Forest. However, the plugins will work just fine. We update the plugins through theme updates, and you will get the latest versions with future theme update.

To update the plugins to the current latest compatible version, all you need to do is go to your plugins panel and delete the plugins. Then a notification will appear at the top of your dashboard stating that some required plugins need to be installed. Install the plugins via this notification and you will get the latest versions.

For some elements it will be possible to use your custom icons, but for some of them you will need to use the icons from these icon packs: http://screencast.com/t/VSyNOZnOAuH we included or you can maybe change them with a bit of css code.

1. There’s no some easy way, you should manually delete the content you don’t need.

2. Note that you should upload twice bigger logo – than what you want it to be displayed on site (because of the high pixel density screens – ”retina”).

So, for example, if you want logo to be 200×50 px, your original logo you upload should be 400×100px.

Max height will be restricted by header height you can set in Mikado Options -> Header.

You first need to update your theme to the latest version:

After you update the theme to the latest version, you can update Visual Composer plugin as well, to the latest included version:

1. Please make sure main theme is activated while performing other steps, not child theme!

2. In your WP admin -> Plugins, locate Visual Composer in the list, deactivate it and delete it

3. You will see message that required plugin is missing at the top of your WordPress Dashboard

4. Install the plugin and then activate it

And clear browser cache after this.

Hi Mikado-Themes, tried changing the row background row colour already and tried reinstalling the theme. Still nothing. Will submit a ticket now

I’ve managed to find them by Googling the names already in the widgets i.e. linear_icons or font_elegant etc. I think it would be helpful if it was stated in the documentation that these are third party icon packs etc. and how/where to find the info on them. I still can’t work out how to format text within an icon list, for example splitting an address across multiple lines or how to make numbers or emails into clickable links.

Regarding the icon packs, thanks for the suggestion, we will certainly consider adding more information on where you can find the icon packs and view the icons for each pack into our documentation.

Regarding you question about formatting text, unfortunately there is no option to format text with the icon list shortcode.

There’s no such an option by default. What you could do, is to create a page for each of your clients, and make those pages password protected. So you can set a password for each of those, and share it only with the client that the page belongs to.

Important note is that Slider Revolution is not imported with demo import and you need to import it manually.

In your WP admin, you should go to Slider Revolution -> Import Slider and then to import our demo rev sliders. You can find the zip files for them in theme package you downloaded from themeforest once you purchased the theme, inside xml export -> revslider folder.

Import demo sliders, and they will be automatically displayed in their positions on site.

1) Yes, you could make your links manually in widgets in Top Bar widget area.

2) We disabled it by default settings because of lack of space on mobile header. If you add this part of code in Mikado options > General > Custom Code > Custom Css you would see header top on mobile header, too:

We have bought all our images on http://www.shutterstock.com/ and if you want to use them on your site, you will have to buy them too. They are located on our server and if you are going to import our demo content, you will have them too, but as we mentioned, you will have to buy them if you want to use them.
