Yes, actually that is implemented using the tel:9999999 syntax for the link in the widgets. So the answer is yes, or even better – it is up to you, the widget is very flexible: it can be a ‘click to call’, regular link or nothing of the two.

2. Yes, all well written and popular WP plugins are working correctly with BuildPress.
3. It is supported, tested and it work, however it is not bundled with the theme – you should have your own copy installed. There are many good reasons why this is better for you as a client as well, I will write an article soon about it.
4. I am not sure what you have in mind here.
5. Yes, the colors can be changed in customizer and the widgets there are all configurable, but for more dramatic header changes the CSS coding is required. You can tell me what you’re looking for to change.
6. For the moment there are 2 subheaders, the big one as seen on the demo and a smaller version of it. But we’re looking into customizer option to remote it as well. Are you interested in removing it on all pages or only handful of them?

I am a bit sad to hear this. Of course, I do respect your decision and it is your money, but support packs allow us to keep older products in good shape and we can offer high quality support. If you believe that $40 we get from 1 sale covers everything from development, ongoing cost for cloud services, to wages of developers, you are wrong.
However, we will never ever charge for bug fixes as I believe you have a right of a bug-free product, the same as you get warranty when you buy a new camera – the manufacturer (we) ensures that the product works as advertised. That’s also the reason why updates are free.
So, if you believe that there is a bug in the theme, please share a screenshot or even better live URL where the problem can be seen and we will inspect it and fix it if necessary. No need to extend the support pack, we are always happy to fix the bugs.

We are building a site for our client and yesterday we updated the Page Builder by SiteOrigin plugin. Since then the banner on the home page has stopped displaying correctly (no longer full width and incorrect colour) and the button now displays as a line of code. Alternatively would be also possible to do it exactly as you described, to remove that title area completely and move the heading below the breadcrumbs. But the change in the PHP files would be required in this case. You can do it yourself or we can do it for you by your requirements – it is paid customization then.
