Yes, it’s possible by following this simple step :

Edit the background value in the main CSS file used by the variant you have chosen. (Line 440 in style-fresh.css)

.section:first-child:after {
  ...
  background: rgba(45, 49, 56, 0.8);
  ...
}

Just decrease the 0.8 value

Basically, the same gallery is used for each variant, maybe a cache issue is happened during your test but there is nothing wrong, don’t worry
