Nice looking theme. Everything you guys put out is consistently top-notch.
1) Was wondering if you have a public version of your documentation file?
2) Wondering if you use a framework like some other creators. On your business home page, there are 3 boxes set to full width content that run side by side with gray, yellow and an image for the background. To achieve this look do you have to use a tool like an “elements holder” or can you just create a row with 3 columns in it and set VC to use a same height function?

2) You can get this look by using our theme element called Elements Holder, where you can choose number of columns you want to have and add specific columns which will be the same height. There are also standard Raw and Columns VC elements, but without an option to set the same height for columns there.

If I set Hide Pagination—>NO, I can see the arrows. But if I Enable Pagination Through Same Category (YES) the arrows dissapears again!

Important note is that Slider Revolution is not imported with demo import and you need to import it manually. You should go to Slider Revolution -> Import Slider and you need to navigate to xml export/revslider folder within folder you downloaded from Theme Forest and upload the slider by slider in order to get all sliders.

If you imported our demo site, you should have got this page, Modern Shop imported as well. Go to your WP admin -> Pages, and you should be able to find it there among all other pages. So you can see how it’s made, and modify it for your needs.
And in Settings -> Reading, you have the ability to choose the front page for your site.

All the pages you have in your WP admin -> Pages, should be also available in Settings -> Reading, as a candidates for your front page.

Hi, I used Go Daddy Wordpress and I don’t know how to upload the dummy content. Also, it says I don’t have a license for visual composer but the theme says it includes it. Please help.

When I upload my logo it turns out very small. My logo is a longer and wider then your logo. Now it look strange. How can I make my logo to appear larger?

By default, the original logo image you upload will be shown twice smaller on site, due to compatibility with retina displays. So, if you upload photo that’s 200×100px, it will be shown as 100×50px. So you need to upload twice bigger original, that what you want it to be shown. Also note that max height is restricted by header height you set in Edge Options -> Header.
Alternatively, you can increase it with some css. If you need help for that, submit a ticket to https://edge.ticksy.com with a link to your site.

Just purchased, I have a fresh WP install but am having problems importing the dummy content. It keeps freezing at 40%. I have checked my max file and post size and they are both 128m. Any suggestions to fix this?

5 minutes into customising your theme and I have spotted 3 bugs …. Menu items don’t show up when hamburger menu is selected. When you change top bar settings in the theme options it doesnt work. Hambuger menu doesn’t become a sticky menu when you scroll after I selected in theme options. Very disappointing theme… I have opened a support ticket…Can your team take a good look at my installation or I will be requesting a refund

Hi Why is there only a “Classic” mode when using Visual Composer in the Node Theme? It doesn’t have alle the normal opportunities? And i’m missing some of them. Is something wrong with my Visual Composer? Normaly there is a Backend and Frontend viewing!

Please note that the Frontend view for Visual Composer has been intentionally disabled since some of the added custom shortcodes require page reload because of script calculations, and due to this do not appear on the page while building with the Frontend view. The Frontend view can be used, however while building your page some elements might not display properly until you refresh the page.
