The page seemed to load fine here, but there’s a problem with the icons, because the font file is not being loaded. This has to do with this error: Font from origin ‘http://ngn-istanbul.com' has been blocked from loading by Cross-Origin Resource Sharing policy: No ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ header is present on the requested resource. Origin ‘http://www.ngn-istanbul.com' is therefore not allowed access.
Please reach your hosting company and report this. They should be able to fix it by adjusting the server settings.

That happens when you have an image attached to a page or post and it was erased manually from the media library.
Whenever you see that on a specific page please go and check the content to see where’s the missing image.

Hey – this is my second purchase of this theme – thanks for the work! Pretty solid interface. Saves loads of time. Love to see Visual Composer updated though. But hey it still packs a lotta punch.
So, my issue is actually with the themed contact form. We’ve checked our server settings with PHP mail blocks and have resolved that issue. So it’s now sending to the correct address. It is however ALSO sending the very same message to the senders email address? I can’t imagine this is deliberate and wondering how it’s even pulling from this form? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
May have to use Contact Form 7 until this can be remedied. Again, thanks so much for the dev on the theme.

The upper part of the page is the page content. You should add a row, set up a background image and add 2 Styled titles inside the row.

Love your help with how we could use the space normally meant for the logo, with just having the site name. I don’t see an obvious way to have the site name show up there.

Hi, I’ve just purchased the theme and tried to install but there is a problem activating the Fount Framework – when I do I get the following error:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘pmember_social_4’ (T_STRING), expecting ‘(’ in /home/admin/web/MYURL/plugins/fount_framework/shortcodes.php on line 1833
The styles of the Fount Options panel are also messed up. I’ve tried installing the theme 3 times but its still the same.

Just a quick note: we were able to install the plugin manually, but we saw some weird errors on this install. If you go to the page where you can add the WordPress plugins you will see a strange message (we have never seen it before). This message appears even when you have another theme active…
Anyway, if you need more help please reply to our email, because this is something that is not right with that particular install. Thanks!

Hello – I’ve been working with your theme and for the team member’s single page, the image I have for the individual gets blown up full page (which also blurs the image since it’s not meant to be that large). Is there a css fix to prevent it from enlarging on the individual page?
Disregard – i found the setting. However, within the css, I can’t figure out specifically which style to change to get the menu font to be a different size and to make it all caps like in the demo.

About the menu font size: there’s no specific option for that, but you can send us a private message and we’ll help you.
As for the “all caps” thing please go to Appearance>Menus and edit the menu items accordingly.

To fix the Visual Composer issue please update the theme and bundled plugins. Please notice that you don’t need to buy any Visual Composer license (just update it using the theme).
About the contact form: probably your hosting plan is blocking sending emails via the wp_mail function. You should get in touch with them to remove this restriction.
You can also try and install the free plugin Contact Form 7 that has alternative ways to send emails.

Is it possible to create 2 / 3 separated, titled sections with works ? I mean, i like the theme….but i need to create portfolio for two different things….so i wonder i f i can create multiple “work sections”, or maybe there is option to “filter” portfolio items??

I have a couple of question so far:
1. I selected the option to “fill the window height” according your instructions, but is not happening, all the images on slider are not showing full screen, should I have to do anything else? 2. Slider: I uploaded images of 3000×2400 px (I’m working on a retina display) but my client says that seeing some of those images bad, on the upper side it is as if the slider cut some images, what would be the problem here?

Before I purchase Fount, it’s essential to know if there are any issues with managing the theme via theme-options and framework using an iPad? I’ve had limited access to other themes because of this. For example, not keeping changes that were saved and some options not responsive. Thank you for beautiful work.

I have added a button, it refers to an anchor (#agenda in my case) and open link in new window = no. Still the button opens a new window and reloads the page instead of going to the anchor point. How can I fix this? I have a screenshot but I can not add that here.
